I have never been to a chiropractor before and decided to give it a try. Integrated Physical Medicine had good reviews. I contacted the Joliet Office. Angelique took my call and my information and set me up for a consultation with Dr. Jonathan Burns. Dr. Burns reviewed my history and MRI and set me up with a plan to alleviate my pain. I saw Bella for my Physical Therapy and Dr. Burns did my adjustments. I am very happy to have found this office. Dr. Burns is a very knowledgeable doctor. His plan for working with my problems was spot on. Bella was excellent at working with me for my PT. She made sure that I was performing the exercises correctly. Angelique took care of my scheduling. I would recommend this office for anyone looking to get some relief from their pain.

They said it would take up to 30 days. Always managing staff shortages as therapists continually moved locations to cover shortages…read moreelsewhere which left me with different therapists too often. One PTA, whom treated me most often, did not focus treatment on anything other than massaging the tight muscles whereas the PT and other PTA's did other treatments as well. People did not know how to utilize one particular piece of equipment as three different people set it up three different ways and the person that did the set-up the best, was just trained to do it and also was a support staff person. Variation of treatment did not change much from day one to week 13. Way too much loud across the room personal conversations amongst employees, and therefore, did not feel they were focused on my treatment. Changed to another PT organization due to level of disappointment. Got a sharp pain in my neck after the first treatment session and never went away after 12 more sessions over a six-week period. Extremely disappointed as have had much better experience and results at a different ATI location 10 years ago, but as with all medical facilities, it appears ATI has been hit with the same corporate management attitude with focus on making money vs. servicing the patient.

Back and forth with several excuses, one being the oven is broken. Got one pizza at 12:30. Still waited for the other three. Another pizza was brought out and I asked for a refund for the remaining two, since it was 1:00. Couldn't give me a refund because no manager was there. Went to the restaurant area to try to talk to someone there in the middle of this chaos just for them to offer a free pizza. What happened to the broken oven? furthermore, there were only two tables of people in the place, so they weren't overly busy. Finally at 1:30 p.m. they boxed the two remaining pizzas, after the party was finished and the kids were gone. Pathetic place. Such a simple birthday party and couldn't keep that straight.
