The care was OK. They tried different modalities, with seriously mixed results. My hip problem was not sorted, but I was a bit stronger. The real problem came with the billing. The person in the office mis-coded and sent it to a non-network provider. The billing department promised to fix it THREE TIMES and never did. I overpaid a couple hundred dollars. They called me before 8 am disrupting my morning routine because they failed to accurately record information provided. I self referred myself to ATI in Beaverton. I worked with one therapist and then was switched to another and then back to the first. They were more into assigning exercises so they could work with multiple clients at a time. My issue was not strength related so exercise was not what I needed. When they changed my therapist, they also changed my appointment times. They billed my insurance wrong and hope they get it figured out and don't hole me liable. I found another therapist who is treating me appropriately helping me stretch and giving me a full hour of her undivided time. read more

I'm giving this company 1 star because their billing department is essentially bad, billing the insurance or contact you when is a problem. Every time I called, they say something to you and the next call they say something else and they apologies for their mistake. Last visit was on November last year, the first bill I received was in February and second bill was sent in March, and my bill was sent to collections agency in Aprill 1st. On March 3rd after they send the bill to collections, I get an email from Anthony from ATI Physical Therapy at the Beaverton Clinic to explain why and how much they charge me. Nothing on his email about my bill is at collections service. Service is OK but billing department is disastrous. read more

I had a good /ok experience here. Staff and patrons aren't that friendly. Wouldn't recommend this location for young people. They focus on the elderly. Didn't really feel like they were doing all they could, very much a half done job. I do appreciate the knowledge that most of my problems are with my core so I can continue my own treatment. I just finished my second round of physical therapy with ATI on Southwest 158th in Beaverton. please don't think that, because I had a second round of physical therapy with them, that they did not do well the first time. They did, and they did just as well for the second round. I have diabetic neuropathy, which ultimately cannot be solved. Nonetheless, the therapists at ATI know what they are doing. They are very professional and very friendly. They worked hard to help me regain strength and regain, at least some balance. I will not hesitate going to this same ATI facility again. we called for some acupuncture treatments. They made the appointment, we went in and went through the initial treatment answering questions, they checked my wife's range of motion. When we asked about the acupuncture treatment. they said we don't have anyone here that can do that. We "used" to but they no longer work here. Don't do here , they are deceitful. read more

They lied and charged me for their mistake. ATI told me all their providers were in my insurance network and I would have $40 copays. I paid for my scheduled visits on my second visit so I would be done with billing. I had to reschedule my last visit and was NOT informed that not only would in not be seeing my regular therapist but the therapist they scheduled me for was out of network. So I was surprised when I showed up to have someone new and even more surprised when I got a bill from them for seeing who they scheduled me with. If I had been notified when rescheduling that it was not with my regular therapist, I could have gotten their name and verified their network, but ATI did not inform me and now is billing me for their mistake. read more

In July 2018 I ended up in the ER for severe back pain. My primary doctor told me to go see a neurosurgeon before prescribing me with physical therapy. I saw a neurosurgeon and they of course wanted to cut me open and "fix" my back. I didn't listen to my primary and neurosurgeon and found a new primary who told me surgery for someone my age (27) is ridiculous. I asked for physical therapy, not really knowing if it would help my condition, before doing anything more drastic. He referred me to ATI. ATI has changed my life. I have bulging discs in my low back that cause shooting down my legs and up my spine. Throughout my time at ATI I not only strengthened by body, I learned techniques to keep flare ups from occurring. I would consistently have flares ups every 6-months. It has been my 7th months without a flare up and non are in sight. The PTs and staff are friendly and supportive. I would look forward to going to my appointments because I knew it would be fun and they would help me in the long run. The PTs are knowledgeable and focused on what exercises will work for me. I saw Kelsey Jonas at the ATI in Beaverton and was incredibly happy with her. I first saw her in hopes of avoiding surgery, but even after whipping me into shape, torn ligaments were no match for her expertise. After surgery, there was no doubt who I wanted to help me recover my flexibility and stability. I called up and asked for Kelsey and we set out on a many month adventure. She worked me hard, but it was so worth it. She knows her stuff, but knows when to ask for help. I would recommend her to anyone needed physical therapy. On top of that, the front desk people always greeted me by name, I got know the other therapists and always felt like I was in good hands. 9 months from graduating, I am still doing great! read more

I had a great experience with ATI. Evan does an awesome job and is very thorough and knowledgeable. This was my first time needing physical therapy and Evan and the team made me feel comfortable and did a good job explaining the process. The exercise program Evan made for me has worked wonders and I have had zero pain since treatment ended. Been dealing with a sore back for a long time and it's amazing to be gone with some simple daily exercises and training. My husband had physical therapy with another company in the past and when we compare stories ATI stands out as the best regarding therapy and the front desk staff. I and my son have gone to ATI for various knee and leg issues. We have worked with most all of the PTs on staff. None do I have a complaint about. This is a group of PTs focused on caring about you and your recovery. They were knowledgeable and helped bioth of us heal. I always felt welcome and invested in with my treater's here. They are honest and straight forward about what has to be done to get well. Focused and on time at the appointments. I cannot imaging referring people anywhere else. read more

Kelsey at ATI KOR is energetic, friendly, and will work hard (and make YOU work hard!) to solve tricky problem cases. She even took an interest in an unrelated problem I was having and set up a double session with a specialist colleague so she could learn more about it while I got additional help. The company has developed an app that can keep track of your appointments and lists all your home exercises with helpful videos - I found this way more helpful than the piles of paper and amusing stick-figure diagrams of physical therapies past. The gym is spacious and kept comfortably cool, and the facility is well-appointed with water, snacks, showers, and toiletries. Plus, you get to ring a gong and pose for a selfie with a championship belt when you "graduate," so there's that. read more

CHECK COSTS FIRST!!! The PT Doctor was great, office staff nice. ASK ABOUT COST UP FRONT. They charge a person with no insurance about $100 per visit. If they run it thru your insurance and PT is not covered, your patient responsibility could be much higher!!! ATI Billing office would not reverse the claims, they also would not negotiate the walk-in rate with me. I am paying $188 per visit because that is the rate the Ins company has negotiated with ATI. THAT IS WHY HEALTH INSURANCE INDUSTRY IS SOO F****D UP! Be sure to ask your insurance company what rate they have negotiated with them, you may want to pay walk-in rate - cheaper! read more

ATI has helped me with my recovering rotator tendon. The entire process has been very effective, evolving from stretches to regain my range of motion to strength exercises. Jessica is amazing. She tailors the routines to what I need and how I'm doing. The staff is very helpful and even on the mornings when I hurt and am dragging -- by the time I leave my day is MUCH better. I had a great experience at ATI! They are open early and have quite a few therapists on staff if you're looking for a flexible schedule too. My primary physical therapist (Issac Cowart) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also had a chance to work with several of the other therapists during the course of my rehabilitation and had a positive experience with them all. Everyone there is always happy to see you and definitely full of enthusiasm and encouragement. My recovery went just as expected and I'm back on my bike and living life. I had a shoulder injury that didn't heal well and since I thought physical therapy was just another way for companies to suck your money dry, I relied on steroid shots. But eventually, the shots can only do so much and my doctor recommended I see a physical therapist. Since the first day of my session ATI, my therapist Isaac made sure that I was comfortable. He is professional, funny, and knowledgeable. Trusting a stranger with your body is always difficult and he told me that if I trusted him, he'd make sure that my shoulder would be healed. I'm not going to say that I trusted him from day one, but I did eventually and I'm glad I did. He communicated the value of each exercise and paid attention to my limits. He also pushed me and had faith in my shoulder more than I did at times. Thanks Isaac! The front staff was great. They are professional, friendly and always had a smile on their faces when ever I walked in. The other therapists were great as well. I got the opportunity to work with Kelsey and Jon when Isaac was unavailable and they are fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

A sports medicine specialist referred me to Dr. Steven Park at ATI Physical Therapy on 158th Ave. in Beaverton, OR. I can't say enough good things about Steven and his treatment! I went there with multiple problems, including hip, lower back, and shoulder. I'm now continuing the exercises at home and in the gym, and all symptoms are much better. Steven takes a hands-on approach, directed to the specific patient. One size does NOT fit all! In addition to the top-notch treatment, he does a great job of coordinating with the sports medicine doc, as well as ensuring that insurance does not become an issue. An added benefit is the ATI app for my smart phone, which has embedded video of each prescribed exercise. And...a printed copy to keep handy just in case. read more

I had shoulder surgery from a Jiu Jitsu injury and needed PT afterwards . ATI did a great job. Kelsey is who I worked with and she did a great job encouraging me and was very personable. Kelsey is the best! I was in PT for a few months post-surgery and am back to normal, doing all the workouts and activities I was doing before surgery. As an aging tennis player (74), I really appreciate the care and challenges Evan Snyder presented me during my recent treatments. His plan for treatment of my sore hip was to strengthen the muscles around the weak area as well as strengthen my core. One thing I've always appreciated at ATI, is they understand that athletes, at any age, want to return to their sport. Not playing again is not an option I want to consider. I went to ATI for a hip problem that started bothering me. Halfway through my treatment I began to have knee problems which were a little inconsistent which made it a little difficult to figure out the problem. I had Kelsey Jonas through my time at ATI and she was incredible! She really took the time to help me strengthen everything that needed work and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help my injury. This review is for the location in Murray Hill, right next to Safeway. I had leg and knee pain on and off for about 2-3 years and went to a non-ATI PT clinic about a year ago. Before coming to ATI, the pain was already so bad that I was limping and would consistently wake up at night due to pain. I was desperate for help but because of my previous PT experience, I didn't have high expectations. However after just 2 appointments, I was amazed at how much better I felt! Matt did my initial consult. He immediately knew what was going on and came up with a treatment plan. It turns out my knee pain is due to a weak hip. He assigned Caitlin as my physical therapist and she is awesome! Caitlin is extremely personable, patient, a good listener, and has a wealth of knowledge. She clearly explains what each exercise is for and why it is important. She motivated me to keep moving and to consistently do my exercises at home. My hip continues to get stronger and some days I even forget that I have a weak hip. Thanks to Caitlin, Matt and the rest of the super friendly staff at ATI. I highly recommend Caitlin and ATI Murray Hill. They are worth every penny! read more
