After almost 5 weeks I asked if my dad had been given a shower. The staff showed me the shower schedule but nobody knew if he actually received the showers. We also asked for a pediatrist to take care of my dad's nails. The staff said my dad's name was on the list but 5 weeks later still no pediatrist. Some of the staff are very uncaring and boarderline rude. I'm not sure why they feel these patients have to sit in their wheel chairs for 4 hours?? After physical therapy and occupational therapy they're wheeled into the lounge to eat lunch then left until they've reached the 4 hour mark. Most fall asleep after they've eaten so they're just slumped over. On the positive side, dad was having stomach and leg pains and x-rays were able to be taken from his room. The food was good except for the chicken, it was always hard.

My two sisters and I spent every night with her. We were like college dorm roommates, we were not going to leave my mother until she transitioned to our heavenly Father. My experience was phenomenal, the staff from housekeeping to ownership of this beautiful facility. The staff would bring in coffee, food, snacks for us daily, the nurses and the CNA's treated us as if it were part of their family. The place is clean, it gave us a very home like atmosphere. I can't tell you enough the hard work and compassion all of the staff displayed during our two week stay, I want to thank two special nurses who really stood out to us for the genuine love they displayed to my mother and our family. My mother had lots of visitors, her room was always busy, I thought they would've kicked us out with ten orore at a time.
