I came out of therapy in tip top shape. My recent visits to Pro Ex were to rehab two sprained ankles (yes, it is possible to sprain two ankles at once). My Lead Therapist was Tommy and he is also fantstic! Would highly recommend. Both he and Matt are personable, intellegent, and really know their stuff. They take time to listen then treat each patient with the individualized attention you would hope to get from a PT. Even better...I should also share that I go to work everyday in a building with one of Pro Ex's competitors (Excel). I was going to give Excel a chance simply because of the convenience from where I work, but my experience with Excel was brutal. Felt like a meat market and I could tell right from the first phone call that I wouldn't get the personal attention and care I deserved, so I cancelled the appointment and went right back to Pro Ex. They have no problem calling you out if you're doing something incorrectly or if you're haven't been doing your exercises at home. Not only are they thorough and knowledgable but they all have great attitudes! They'll razz you and joke with you as you try to complete all the exercises. Dennis is super motivating, accepting, creates a sense of community, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to make sure I understand everything. The time flies as he chats while I do the exercises and before I know it the time is over. Dennis makes it enjoyable and fun and tailors everything to what he sees and what you share with him. His background is also ortho in hospital settings which is helpful. He tailors his style for each person and is just great to learn from. My PT Nate, as well as the other PTs in the group Charlie and Katie, is very upbeat and encouraging. Together they create a fun vibe that makes going to PT a very positive experience. The space is bright and clean and has lots of equipment readily available for use. In addition to the in person sessions, they give printouts and links to videos of exercises to work on at home. I'm still working through the issue that brought me to PT but do trust Nate's expertise and can definitely say that my body is stronger for the work he has me putting in. He did an X-ray and explain everything to me so I can understand. He really put my anxiety at ease. Just a very nice man. I originally started going because of daily migraines. After the thir treatment it was the first time I hadn't had a migraine in over eight months! She was very thorough and always listened to any issue I wanted help on. I recently moved and unfortunately live too far to regularly make the trip.
