This gym cares about the equipment and making sure things are ran correctly. They have a great gym manager that is very friendly to others. This gym motivates me to want to push myself harder because the people are in excellent shape here.

There are various levels offered from chair mobility, to the strength traing class i attend. Machines in 2 buildings, a womens strength class as well as the mixed one, plus you have the option of joining ZUMBA or Yoga classes. I totally recommend checking this gym out.

However, that Saturday, Sunday and Monday I had to take care of the same friend that I was going to the gym with - he hurt his back and could literally not walk or drive so I played nursemaid gladly. When I approached the front desk person she said that she would work with me since I had extenuating circumstances. I came back a day later to find my code didn't work. When I spoke to her again, she said, "I can't help you unless you buy a membership for $150 for a membership. I want to add I am currently unemployed so that $25 could have been a $1000 to me, but I really really wanted to work out. This gym IS NOT WORTH IT. The door system is down so much, it shouldn't be listed as a 24/7 gym. My friend has had at least two instances on the weekends that the door system is down and there is no contact phone number to get help. If the owner is such a 'standup' person, she needs to rethink her business model or get new employees that can take care of people. I've been to boutique gyms before and NOTHING about this gym warrants their attitude towards the customers and the actual equipment at the gym. The location inside the Choo Choo Hotel is special. Yes it's hokey, but it's still an absolutely gorgeous building and pretty magnificent to walk in to. The entire complex at the former terminal was a neat experience. The lovely ladies working at the front desk were welcoming and kind, making sure to help us find our way around and get settled. I regret that Covid brain prevents me from remembering their names to properly shout them out. The studio is clean and stocked with amenities. It feels high end without being pretentious. There are few things more frustrating than your only hair tie snapping during a workout, but they have you covered. Class size is limited to ensure social distancing, mask wearing is enforced, and everything is sanitized after use. Like all fitness studios there are quirks with the equipment but nothing that ruined the experience. My stats tracked in my account even though the bike didn't display them cumulatively in real-time. I wasn't too worried about the leaderboard (I'm never gonna win, lol) so it didn't matter that much to me anyways. I'm excited to go back for a longer trip, hopefully in the not so distant covid-free future.

We purchased an Elliptical in October 2023 along with the delivery & set up. That machine never worked. Dozens of calls and emails later as well as troubleshooting with their IT for a few hours, and they had the defective machine picked up, replaced and set-up with a 2nd machine. The 2nd machine didn't work either. Dozens of emails and numerous phone calls later and they have the 2nd defective machine removed, and replaced and set up with a 3rd machine. The 3rd machine does not work either. Dozens of emails, several phone calls and another marathon troubleshooting session with their IT, and still no working machine. I filed formal complaints with the FTC and the NV Attorney General, which I let Echelon know that I did yesterday. Now, today, they are finally taking me seriously after several dozen hours of back and forth with them and the delivery/set-up company over the past 7 months. They finally stated the elliptical machines do not work and there is no fix. They said the only option at this time is a refund and returning the 3rd defective machine. Yet, they are still selling the elliptical 8S on their website as well as at least 11 other websites that I found. This is fraud at its finest people. They continue to knowingly sell ellipticals that do not work! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
