As a recently retired RN, I decided it was time to invest in taking better care of myself and the payoff has been extraordinary. Cat set me up w/ a wellness tracking log that included step counts, journaling/mediation, 30 min cardio, sleep quality, fiber/protein etc. Since I live in California, we met regularly via Zoom for check in sessions, assistance w/ strength training, and motivational counseling. Wow - this place (and the care) is great. The environment is clean and inviting. The available open…read morehours are very accommodating. (They offer late appointments, so even if you get off work at 5, you still have time to be seen.) But best of all - the care and treatment you get here is incredible. Before I came here, I visited chiropractors, doctors and masseuses to help relieve my back pain. Although they tried different techniques, nothing really helped. Then my rib area started to hurt, almost unbearably at times, and I was tired of spending time and money on treatments that weren't working. Someone recommended trying a physical therapist. I found Advanced Physiotherapy and made an appointment to see Mag (the practitioner). The first visit was almost miraculous. The pain went down by about 70% and Mag gave me some exercises to do at home. I was actually able to sleep through the night, for the first time in years. After the third visit, the pain around my ribs went away completely. That was three years ago. Now, anytime I have pain anywhere (shoulder, back, etc), I go to see Mag. I point to what hurts, and by the time I leave, the pain is gone. I recommend Advanced Physiotherapy to anyone who mentions they hurt, and everyone always raves about how great their visit went.
