I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

Now I found myself wanting some dumbbells, again PIASBmore came through, where so many people are attempting to sell 2 20lb dumbells for $100 they again came through with normal prices. I perused the juniors and petites. Juniors had cute apparel whereas petites seemed tailored more to older clientele. I did find a cute pair of floral pants in the petite's section and a polka dot dress and green short-sleeve shirt in juniors. I also checked women's intimate apparel to look at pjs and there was a handful of cute sets that were cheap as they were on sale. I was short on time as the hubs was waiting for me, otherwise, would have tried on a few and purchased. Maybe next time. Definitely a fun place to shop with affordable prices.

When we went in, the employee told us she was locking the door at 6 pm. When we tried to leave, two very rude employees told us we can't get out except thru the outside doors. It was very cold and my husband had to walk all the way to Penny's out in the parking lot. I was forced to sit on the outside bench for 30 minutes until my husband brought the car around. We will never go to Boscovs again. We realize they were anxious to go home, but the rudeness was uncalled for.
