I had some gum disease, but I wished to try to handle it through rigorous self care. They were willing to work with my in this way (although somewhat sceptical) and the results have been successful. Then they said we owed money but never sent us a bill. When we contacted them after we received an automated text they took over a week to contact us back and said we owed a bill for my daughter from May they fixed 7 cavities, but my daughter said only 3 I asked for verification that it was indeed 7 and they could only send my what they billed the insurance for. so I was curious I had x-rays from another dentist and sure enough, they said she only had three teeth that had ever been worked on. I find this funny because this was the only time my daughter went unaccompanied to her appt. So are they billing for more than what was done? I am currently in contact with my insurance company. I just received an e-mail from them saying I was dismissed by them for not following their policy about billing procedures. I find humor in this. When you ask questions they don't want to answer they dismiss you .

During my initial consultation, I was taken aback by the surgeon's brusque demeanor, which left me feeling uneasy. I called my dentist again, asking if they had any other recommendations. They suggested Dr. Lee. Initially, I was hesitant because Dr. Lee wasn't covered by my dental insurance, and the first surgeon had quoted me over $1000 for the procedure. However, I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lee to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. During my consultation, I explained that the first surgeon planned to use general anesthesia. Dr. Lee assured me that a local anesthesia would be sufficient and much safer. His estimate for the procedure was less than half of the first surgeon's. I called the first surgeon's office to ask if they could use local anesthesia, but they told me it was too complicated to use a local. After weighing my options, I chose Dr. Lee for my surgery. The procedure was quick, relatively painless, and executed with high professionalism. The healing process was smooth with no complications. Dr. Lee's office even worked with my insurance company to reduce the cost substantially. The atmosphere at Dr. Lee's office is a world apart from the first surgeon's.
