Then they said we owed money but never sent us a bill. When we contacted them after we received an automated text they took over a week to contact us back and said we owed a bill for my daughter from May they fixed 7 cavities, but my daughter said only 3 I asked for verification that it was indeed 7 and they could only send my what they billed the insurance for. so I was curious I had x-rays from another dentist and sure enough, they said she only had three teeth that had ever been worked on. I find this funny because this was the only time my daughter went unaccompanied to her appt. So are they billing for more than what was done? I am currently in contact with my insurance company. I just received an e-mail from them saying I was dismissed by them for not following their policy about billing procedures. I find humor in this.
