The kids' classes are a blast, and there are always fun events going on. There was just a benefit yoga-thon and you could take classes for donations. I've heard this is a regular thing. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. I am new to yoga and am just learning about all the benefits of practicing, but I can already tell a huge difference in my general well-being. I am looking forward to more classes at the Leaf.

There have been a change in schedule because of it. But, Lauren's class on Wednesday is the bomb. I just love her practice, Hatha style but gentle. Kaly is brilliant and teaches Astanga, in the Sunday class. She's extremely passionate as all of the teachers are. Kaly is an exception to the rule ... that she extends her knowledge of the anatomy to each practice. You get what you put into it. I love how each teacher has her own style and is truly dedicated to giving you her best. Come join us ... You will not be disappointed.

But I'm here for a few days and I decided to do the intro 30 days for 30 bucks unlimited. Fantastic studio! It's gorgeous. And the women are heart-opening and welcoming. Being a man, I try to stay to myself and give the sense of respect, but these teachers all have made me laugh out loud in class. I've taken two Vinyasa classes; One with Terri, and another with Ivana. Both are phenomenal, with understandable active and descriptive commands. Very very pleasurable experience. I thought it was pleasurable enough to give 'em a shout out, here on Yelp. One more Heated Flow class with Katrina tomorrow before I take off for home. Thank you! *side note* Thank you Ivana, for kickin' my ass with that 60 second Utkatasana. I'm still feelin' it!
