But...we did not complain because Chance said that he'd be back the next day to look at the fan and AC. Well...Thursday came and went...no Chance. I called and was told that they'd follow up with him and will call back. No call back...NOTHING! I called again on Friday and they told me that we will see him soon. Chance never showed up!
