I went to this place twice, and both times I scheduled an appointment three weeks out. Each time, I…read morearrived on time first thing in the morning and dropped my car off, only to call at 4:30 p.m. (one hour before closing) and be told they had not even brought my car into the shop. I was then expected to leave my car overnight, which was a huge inconvenience, especially since all I needed was a simple oil change and front brake pads. Despite that experience, I decided to give Automotive Concepts Inc. another chance. Once again, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day that was relatively empty and explained my frustration from the first visit, including having to leave my car overnight. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that they would be able to get to my car since that day was "wide open." I dropped my car off on the scheduled day first thing in the morning and did not hear back from the shop at all. I called again at 4:30 p.m., one hour before they closed, only to be told--once again--that they had not touched the car and it was still sitting where I left it. They started offering excuses, but at that point I was done hearing them. I told them not to touch the vehicle because I was not in a position to leave my car overnight again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met with attitude. The owner slammed my keys on the counter and made a comment along the lines of "sorry, but I'm not perfect." That response was completely unprofessional. This is a business, with a receptionist and staff. At the very least, someone could have called to say they weren't going to get to the car that day so I could come pick it up, instead of tying up my entire day waiting without a vehicle. My time is money too, and it was completely wasted--twice. If you know you can't get to a customer's vehicle or don't have enough staff to keep up with the workload, don't take the car in. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

This is the only auto repair shop in the valley we will take our vehicles to. They are the…read morefriendliest, most honest mechanics. They will call you and explain everything in depth, give you a cost estimate and get permission before they fix anything so you're never surprised when you go to pay the bill. Prices are more than fair. I would highly recommend Automotive Concepts.

The dealings with y'all have motivated me to educate the public about your shady busines practices…read more Incompetence a) In the more than two years that I've owned the 2014 Civic I bought from y'all, the car was never fixed. b) Y'all never even tried to fix it; no investigation of any kind (no questions or phone calls) was attempted (maybe that falls under immorality). c) The last time the car was towed to your facility, y'all didn't even notice that the service contract had expired. d) In all the time they have claimed that the problem was " You don't drive it enough", they NEVER suggested a Solar Battery Maintainer. e) Granted, they put new tires on; but they were DEVOID of cross-treading, a serious defiency when weather is involved. Immorality a) Sneaking that more than $2k service contract into the mountain of paperwork required for the sale finalization (it was signed, so y'all got the repair call)! Would've declined the contract, and saved y'all some grief, had I been alerted to the choice. b) Misleading me, for over two years, of the terms in the contract. c) Unleashing your V.P.of Obfuscation on me to muddy the waters concerning the terms of the (expired) contract (sounds like incompetance). d) Selling a car with a KNOWN (10 years old, 27k miles) chronic problem, then piling on a bogus service contract (Dept. of Redundacy). e) TBD f) Seeing the other reviews, I don't need to post.

Wow this place is everything a Ford Dealer should not be. 2.5 hours to do a 7 quart oil change…read moreand rotate 4 tires on my F250. The waiting area is not good. Plastic uncomfortable chairs. The service tech are all young and in experienced. They didn't check the oil after the change and when I asked if they did, the tech couldn't answer the question. So he grabs a shop towel and goes out to check it. I followed along to verify the level. The tech opens the hood of my truck checks it and says it looks good and showed it to me. I had a question for him. I asked if it's a ford approved method to check the oil level when it parked with the truck on a down hill slope? Silence. So he moved the truck to a level spot and parks it in a large ice patch. Goes to check it and has a puzzled look in his face. The level is not showing on the stick. I prompted him that the manual says to wait 15 minutes after engine shut off be checking. During the 15 minutes I spoke to the service manager. He tap dancer about not being able to hire people and they were doing the best they could. So we check it again and it's a quart low. They fill it to the correct level with my assistance. They did not move the wheel trim rings and were going to do that with a metal tool that would have scarred the plastic. I told them I would do it myself. The local farmers told me no to go there because of the low quality service. But I had to find out for myself. Yep, low quality. The service tickets are not even Ford's standard invoice. It's nothing more then a plan piece of white paper. Thus is not the place to get any vehicle serviced.
