I had to walk a couple miles to get to their location in order to buy a new battery, but When i got their, i asked for the number to the local taxi service. Without question, The manager asked me if i would like a free ride. I sincerely appreciated that and he even let an associate take me home in his personal truck. It needed replaced ASAP nearest Harley dealer was 2 hours back where we came from. We got AAA ready for us, but made a couple calls before they got to us. We called high altitude custom cycles which they stated they were completely out of tires but pointed us to Peak Motorsports of Colorado LLC!! I can't say enough about them. They saved us in so many ways, got us right in, they had a tire for us, they changed it, checked our other tire, added air to our suspension and were just the kindest. I hope they all see this post! I went to this place twice, and both times I scheduled an appointment three weeks out. Each time, I…read morearrived on time first thing in the morning and dropped my car off, only to call at 4:30 p.m. (one hour before closing) and be told they had not even brought my car into the shop. I was then expected to leave my car overnight, which was a huge inconvenience, especially since all I needed was a simple oil change and front brake pads. Despite that experience, I decided to give Automotive Concepts Inc. another chance. Once again, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day that was relatively empty and explained my frustration from the first visit, including having to leave my car overnight. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that they would be able to get to my car since that day was "wide open." I dropped my car off on the scheduled day first thing in the morning and did not hear back from the shop at all. I called again at 4:30 p.m., one hour before they closed, only to be told--once again--that they had not touched the car and it was still sitting where I left it. They started offering excuses, but at that point I was done hearing them. I told them not to touch the vehicle because I was not in a position to leave my car overnight again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met with attitude. The owner slammed my keys on the counter and made a comment along the lines of "sorry, but I'm not perfect." That response was completely unprofessional. This is a business, with a receptionist and staff. At the very least, someone could have called to say they weren't going to get to the car that day so I could come pick it up, instead of tying up my entire day waiting without a vehicle. My time is money too, and it was completely wasted--twice. If you know you can't get to a customer's vehicle or don't have enough staff to keep up with the workload, don't take the car in. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

They worked to diagnose with us over the phone before ever coming out, attempting to save us money due to a predatory company trying to take advantage of us. When it was determined that a tow was necessary, they got us to a place of safety first, then came and picked up the truck, the trailer, 4 people and a dog and transported us all back to their shop in Alamosa. They had our truck ready by the end of the next day. Their prices were more than reasonable, but it was their customer service in dealing with us throughout this situation that is prompting us to give them a terrific review. As luck would have it, air em up had a set of four barely used tires in my size and gave me a fantastic deal on them. I was also having problems with the electrical system in my car. They hooked it up to the computer and figured out it was just a loose ground wire. They didn't even charge me for that repair. I was back on the road in not more than an hour. Super friendly staff. Gary was fantastic. And they have a super cute shop dog named Buddy.
