This has caused permanent nerve damage. It is such a refreshing experience to work with my physician. From day one, she has always seen me as an individual and listens to my concerns. The staff is great and they are always very welcoming. I know it sounds basic but they do a great job of making you feel like they want you here. Will here I am 1 yr latter after surgery, with 50% less mobility, 50% less balance and walk with a limp now... for what? To get paid 6K for worsening my foot instead of improving it. I strongly suggest going to other avenues, like PT ect instead of getting surgery from Dr. Loo. This has been very challenging to accept and a huge regret on my part listening and taking his word that I would be better after surgery. She's a warm person and not a doctor that view you as a number. She actually would take time to know you, to say hi and to listen to your health and wellness. Dr. Bebak and all her staff are friendly. The medical assistant, Tracy, would call you back ASAP or within 1 business day and listen to your issues. You would never feel rushed or judged. When you need to see her right away, it happens. She granted me an appointment within 12 hours or less. The office actually would follow up with your healthcare plan and give you confidential advice. She found a benign tumor (originally tested and thought that it was ovarian cancer) above my ovary in Oct. 2010. Many tests were done and confirmed that it was 98% cancerous. She placed calls, put me on the best healthcare plan and scheduled for my surgery within 2 weeks with one of the best Oncologists in Scottsdale, Dr. Mike Janicek M.D. His office normally schedules surgeries prior to over a month, but he did a favor for me and her by bringing me in for a surgery ASAP. I received the best care under both of them for many months. I'm really happy with the ease and the great medical care that she provides. I highly Dr. Bebak for your healthcare plan.

The office wants you to use an app called My Chart to send messages though, but I have waited 7 days for a response to my billing question. I needed to be seen for a sick appointment, but my usual doctor didn't have any openings according to the scheduling office, so I got the next available with a different doctor. Now, the ladies at the front desk had told me that you can message them through the app to get a same day appointment if you feel unwell because they have access to other appt times that the central scheduling doesn't. Not sure how that is supposed to happen when no one is checking the messages. Anyways, I saw the doctor I made an appt with and the scheduling people did not tell me the copay for this doctor is 4 times the cost of my regular doctor. He was $80, she is $20. The Front desk said they changed the copay to $20 an l thought all was good. No - they billed me the remainder. I'll be looking for a different practice for myself and my husband to take care of us for a reasonable copay amount.
