The next day it was very swollen about the size of a grapefruit. they had me ice it. I went in the clinic on 7/29. They again just said to ice it. On Tues 8/1 I saw the owner of the clinic. She prescribed an antibiotic. I was in a great amount of pain and not feeling well in general. So, I went to Dr. Loo's office. Jackie took one look at it and immediately sent me to the ER. She called ahead and made arraignments for me to get in right away. She recognized right away that this was not right. Thank God for that move. The hospital told me I was septic, and they were not sure what would have happened to me had I waited any longer. 4 days in the hospital on a cocktail of antibiotics and wound treatment. They found the pellets were probably infected with a Staph bacterium. Due to her experienced and professional knowledge she knew exactly what to do and do it NOW! I am forever grateful to Jackie as well as the entire office at Dr. Loo's.

I love my Family Physician, Dr. Sandra Bebak. I've been her patient for over 10 years. It's the…read morebest decision I've ever made. She's truly nurturing and caring for her patient. She's a warm person and not a doctor that view you as a number. She actually would take time to know you, to say hi and to listen to your health and wellness. Dr. Bebak and all her staff are friendly. The medical assistant, Tracy, would call you back ASAP or within 1 business day and listen to your issues. You would never feel rushed or judged. When you need to see her right away, it happens. She granted me an appointment within 12 hours or less. The office actually would follow up with your healthcare plan and give you confidential advice. She found a benign tumor (originally tested and thought that it was ovarian cancer) above my ovary in Oct. 2010. Many tests were done and confirmed that it was 98% cancerous. She placed calls, put me on the best healthcare plan and scheduled for my surgery within 2 weeks with one of the best Oncologists in Scottsdale, Dr. Mike Janicek M.D. His office normally schedules surgeries prior to over a month, but he did a favor for me and her by bringing me in for a surgery ASAP. I received the best care under both of them for many months. I'm really happy with the ease and the great medical care that she provides. I highly Dr. Bebak for your healthcare plan.

Furthermore, my recent lab results show absolutely no medical contradictions that would justify withholding this treatment, making their refusal both medically unsafe and financially motivated. Overall, communication at this facility is highly inefficient, and reaching a staff member is exceedingly difficult. A specific employee, Claudia, consistently exhibits an adversarial attitude toward patients and was the deciding factor in my choice to leave the practice. In retrospect, I am grateful for her poor service, as it prompted me to transition to a new physician whose team is absolutely outstanding. My request was straightforward: I simply wanted my lab work ordered ahead of time or to ensure it could be completed during my scheduled visit. Claudia was unable or unwilling to comprehend this logistical request.
