I have had a stylist accidently snip a strand or two unevenly, but after 50 years of getting hair cuts, that was the worse of it. The stylist at Alura didn't listen to me and cut my hair in such a way that made my naturally thin hair even thinner. Yep that's what she thought she should do. No texturizing, no feather cut, no precision cut. She made vertical cuts which left me feeling like my hair was butchered. I hope to find a stylist as good as the ones at Eden. To fix it, the stylist spent 2.5 hours applying an all over base color, then lifting that with a balyage (kind of) bleach and then toning it so much that I ended up leaving with plain brown hair. My hair was plain brown to begin with and now it has a ton of damage and is still plain brown. I wouldn't recommend this salon for anything trendy or modern.
