I thought I left a review here already... it must not have posted…read more I had the pleasure of getting my car detailed at J & B a couple months ago... right before our last snow storm. I work right next door so it was very convenient for me to leave it before work and walk over to pick it up on my lunch break. I have a Ford Escape so my detail cost me more than $100 (I forget the exact price now) but I remember looking up the price and finding that this was very normal and what I should be paying for a detail since I have a truck. You have to remember that you're getting a DETAIL, not a quick wash. They covered every single spec of my car and made it look nice and new. I am very picky and I did not find a spot left unclean. I was extremely pleased with the work. I have cream interior and it looked so beautiful when my detailing was done. I couldn't believe how shiny and new my tires looked and how long that shine held up. Oh yes... 2 of my tires were dry rotting and the owner was nice enough to tell me about it for my safety. I greatly appreciated that. I was getting my car inspected soon after and my mechanic confirmed that yes, my tires are in fact dry rotting. It's something that's happening with Michelin's lately. But yes, anyway, I really appreciated J&B giving me the heads up because I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. I am so glad I found this place. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with... such a nice man. I am definitely going back soon. I'm thinking next month. I have mentioned this place to everyone I know. J&B Auto Detailing is a gem!

I didn't need to wait long and was out in under an hour. I was worried about having issues with bubbling in the tint since I was going on a cross country road trip. The job estimate for repairs was eight days. He had my car for six weeks!! I got it back with: grease stains on my rear seat, burn marks on my front mat (I don't smoke), damage to my tail pipe that I had to pay to have repaired (I was hit on the front, driver-side area), damage to my A/C control knob (luckily, my dealer fixed that under warranty) and [just noticed this kicker last night] the carpeting under my dash was cut away and not replaced but held in place with Velcro strips which have since come undone. So, I can now see the frame of my car under the dashboard area. I was referred here by my dealership and am disappointed with their suggestion and the work that was done at GNB. When I complained at the dealership, I was told they haven't had complaints during the 20+ years they've been associated. I had to pick my car up at the repair shop, they didn't send it to my dealer for final review / inspection (which I was later told is the usual process). For all of this, my insurance company paid out nearly $9,000.
