The coaches have been terrific over the years, including Coach Rachel, Adriana, Avery, and now Alex. They are hands-on, encouraging, and truly invested in helping the kids improve. Because of them, my daughter has grown so much and is now really excelling. One of the things I appreciate most as a parent is the flexibility. The makeup class options are amazing and such a bonus with our busy schedule, especially in the summer when they allow up to six makeup classes. There are also so many class options offered almost every day of the week, which makes scheduling easy. Our family loves ATA. We took our daughter to the trail class today (Sunday) at 11 a.m. The class itself was organized and well-structured, but we didn't have a great experience with the instructor. His name was Landon. We felt he could have been more patient and encouraging with a 4-year-old, especially since it was her first class. Our daughter seemed a bit unsure and spent most of the time watching. At one point, the instructor said, "You can't just stand there--you need to move." The tone was a bit harsh for a young child who was still getting comfortable and figuring out what to do. We think we'll try a different class instead. read more

We've been here both for Adventure Hour and weekly classes for my toddlers. Adventure hour is Tuesday through Friday, 11:15am-12pm for $9 per child. They set up an "obstacle course" for the kids and they can use the equipment and trampoline -perfect for getting their energy out on hot days or rainy days. Our toddler is in a class where they learn how to follow directions and basic things like lunges, pencil jumps, forward rolls. All the coaches and staff are helpful and patient with the littles, the facility is clean and organized, they're clear with their policies/membership. Would highly recommend! read more

We LOVE ATA! My kids actually look forward to their classes here. My oldest has gone from L2 to PT2, my youngest has gone from L1 to L3 so far. We've recommended numerous people come here and they have all had positive experiences to report as well :) We have been at the gym for just shy of 2 years now - this place should be 5 stars. I think what parents need to know is this is NOT an artistic gymnastics gym. There is no beam, bar or vault. Floor ONLY but because of that, their skills for each level are clearly outlined and the kids can work toward those. They will not be bored! GLOW: 1. Fantastic staff - the customer service here has been really good. They are all very friendly, helpful and from the younger to more experienced we've had all positive experiences. 2. Both my kids love their rec classes so much they wont give them up for any other place. We are seeing skill progression and I really like that the coaches can mostly tumble too (some of them are also on team here). The coaches we have had really have invested in helping our kids get the skills they desire to have, which has been an unexpected but very much welcomed. It feels different than some other rec classes we've taken where the staff are just trying to run down the clock. 3. The open tumbling they do on holidays and summer is great to run out energy. 4. Their holiday show/skill appreciation weeks are a nice touch for parents who don't always get to watch. 5. Their adult class is equally great and I had such a great experience doing it until my kids' schedule got in the way! Highly recommend (and I had NO gymnastics background). 6. It's nice that up to level 4 they separate younger and older kids (5-8), (8+) so the groups don't have a 5 year old with a 12 year old. GROW: -The only downside here honestly is their makeup policy - there is only one class allowed to be missed a month or there is a charge of $15 and the makeups have to be used within a certain timeframe. I'm not entirely against it, as I think when the policy is too open, parents don't care and don't show up, so the kids don't get consistency. It is more flexible in the summer though which is great. I wish it was more of a quarterly system rather than monthly but I get it's hard to manage. Certain months with the school calendar do make getting to classes more challenging. -Waitlists - it can sometimes take a long time to get into a chosen class but what I have noticed is that if your kid is waiting for a spot in a higher level class, the instructor will adapt the skills up to where they are at. -L1 can feel a bit like babysitting but this has also been my experience at other gyms so I think it's just the nature of "brand new to rec" kids.
