**FINAL UPDATE: Groomer texted and asked to come early and it worked out! She was very friendly with Bentley and he came back all happy and clean! Besides the communication issues, I definitely would recommend this company! UPDATE: They reached out to me and was able to clear up everything and was able to get me in on Friday after all. Even though there was a huge miscommunication I appreciate their willingness to fix what they could and also they were never rude but nice about everything. * I will update again after our service is complete! Im not one to leave negative reviews and I don't really want to but I was really excited to have my dog bathed and brushed. He's not very social with other dogs and places give him anxiety so I thought this was the perfect solution. They responded very promptly. My first messaged asked for pricing for a 100lb Pit/Lab Mix for bath and deshedding. They came back with a quote of $120 so I went ahead and booked appointment for a Friday morning. I filled out form they sent me and I signed and gave them my card number, assuming this meant I was booked for that time slot. Later they came back saying they misquoted me and it was gonna be $140. They misread he was 100lbs and usually that means they are a XL dog at $160 but they were gonna meet me in the middle. I already felt like if they misquoted me they should have said we're gonna honor the $120 since we misquoted you but for future reference he's $160. They texted me and asked if that was okay on price increase at like 3:00pm that day but I didn't read or get the message till the next morning. I responded and mentioned that was fine and they came back with they already booked that time slot. They mentioned they don't hold appointments but I feel like I already "booked" it since I filled out paper and signed and everything. They said since I didn't "confirm" the price increase they filled my spot. I feel like Another text should have been sent stating they haven't heard back so they are gonna have to book my time slot to another customer. They did apologize and offered to try to make another time and day work but with us leaving out of state, Friday was the only day I had left open since I had the appointment already planned for that day. The communication and how things are handled is not very professional. They have really good reviews so maybe I just got a bad experience but With the price miscommunication and then booking another client, I may or may not even try again when we get home. My review is solely on the professionalism and communication not on their actual service!

Truthfully such a great experience! Scheduling was quick and easy and you definitely are paying for what you get! My aussie has some temperament issues with blow drying & paws being shaved and they were able to towel dry him really well to make him most comfortable and even trimmed his paws even though shaving couldn't happen. His haircut was EXACTLY what i asked for and they did a quick job! Highly recommend getting your dog groomed with them! Definitely a pricier experience, but worth the money! Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job!

I love that they are mobile. They make it so convenient to get my babies pampered. I have 2 shorkies and my babies are a little scary, not I'm going to bite you scary but let me hide from strangers scary. Our groomer was so gentle with them. She took her time and did not force herself on them. Every though we are in October I requested summer cuts for them. I love how perfectly cut their hair was, no missed spots at all. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a mobile groomer. Sorry I do not have more photos, it was nap time when I did the review.

I inquired about their services last night and they were able to come the next afternoon! Came right on time! All they ask is for your name, the pets name of the breed and up-to-date rabies shot. I signed a waiver and that is it!. They don't need to hook up to your water source and can pretty much bathe your pet anywhere. I have a bull terrier that does not like other dogs so I didn't want to deal with bringing her into a place where there were lots of dogs. and I was having a difficult time expressing her glands So I needed the help of a professional. Antonio was great. He took her in, let her sniff around and get used to it all. I mean it was her first professional grooming experience after all. When she came out, Antionio pointed out her sore on her leg which I knew about but he cleaned her up and gave her a cuuute bandana! Nice touch! She looked so good and smelled great. It wasn't a terrible smell as I usually don't like that. It was a great experience all around. Rene called to make sure the groomer had arrived and suggested booking ahead of time which I think I will for the coming months.

Booked an appointment for 2 of my dogs. They come to your house and work inside their van. Antonio, came right on time and got straight to work! Each dog was about and hour and at the end they get a nice bandana around their neck and my dogs looking nice and clean! I'll definitely be booking appointments with them from now on. read more

This was my dog Jeff's first grooming appointment, so mobile grooming was the best option to have him close to us just in case. He's a 9mo long haired German Shepherd and they did an amazing job keeping his beautiful long coat while cleaning up the scruff and he came back to us even more handsome! Staff both on the phone and in person but very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again! :) read more

They canceled on me twice! I attempted to try mobile pet grooming for the first time for my senior dog and thought At your paws looked good online and I was excited to try them. I scheduled it for 8/16/24 and the day before the appointment they canceled through a text message It said their groomer had to go to the ER can we reschedule. I responded I was sorry to hear that yes of course. They reschedule me for a week later on 8/22 and an hour before our appointment I got the same exact text message saying we're sorry but our groomer had to go to the ER and they will need to reschedule. The message had the same verbiage and they didn't even have the decency to call me. I am not rescheduling and just warning all of you that have a work schedule and life to maintain I suggest you try Another company read more

Second time going to at your paws, although the first interaction wasn't the best with them the owner insured that the person who had cut my dog was no longer an employee so I gave it another shot. I called to see if they groom cats and they do! They were very easy to work with on scheduling. The gentleman that came for my cat was on time and very kind. We had our long haired cat bathed and shaved because he was getting matted. He looks beautiful and they also trimmed his nails. Pricing was exactly what they quoted. My cat was calm and happy after he got in the house which tells me he was gentle with him. Will definitely use them again. read more

Self contained mobile pet grooming. Truck/van had own generator and water. We used the service for the first time recently. The groomer/driver kept us up to date with txts. Her name was Rose and seemed to put our dog Rosie immediately at ease. Rosie is skittish and we don't take her in as often as we should. As a result she had long hair and long nails. With in an hour Rose gave us back a relaxed dog with a new "do" and perfect nails. Great job Rose and thanks! Yes, it costs more than a walk in salon. But you don't have to drop off and pick up. Your dog is much less stressed because there are no other yapping dogs, your dog doesn't have endure a drying cage or wait around for the next groomer. Easier for you and your dog. I really appreciated how nice the groomer was. He took great care of my dog, who has arthritis and can't stand for long, which is why I had to look for a different groomer in the first place. The appointment was just days after I sent a message and they were very responsive and worked with me well. I was a little surprised by the price, but I have only ever gone to Petco, where the prices might be lower. But this company also comes to your house and it is quick and attentive, so maybe it is the price that is normal. read more

The groomer not only has to be able to trim your dog to your specifications, but also get along with you and your dog. Our dog, Leroy, just loves Amanda. Leroy is always excited to see her. Leroy truly seems to enjoy his trips to the groomer. Amanda is just a nice person who always cuts Leroy's hair in the style we prefer. Our dog needed a cut bad cus his hair was growing out like crazy. He's never gotten groomed before…read moreso we didn't know how he would react. Found this place on Yelp and this was our second choice since our first choice did not answer their phone. We made a quick appt over the phone and it was smooth sailing. We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers. We finally got there and we dropped him off. They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school. They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients. Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. So the lady told us to try to train him on that?.. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. The place walking in had shelves that was all empty. Not sure why..

He was an absolute maniac and the lovely employees here handled his insanity with grace. I was definitely embarrassed but his nails are perfection and I appreciate the patience and love they gave my boy. As well as the tips about getting him used to having his feet and toes touched. He doesn't warm up easy but he did with you all. Now he's passed out from being a psycho. Thank you so much!!

But Kassandra, who is an absolutely wonderful person, went above and beyond to comfort her and make sure she felt safe. Her kindness and patience meant the world to me. Not only is the care here exceptional, but their pricing is also very reasonable--honestly, one of the most affordable places I've found. My dog came out looking and feeling amazing, and most importantly, she was happy! I've already recommended this place to my family, and I will definitely be coming back. Just got both of my dogs groomed, and my dogs are so happy as am I! Our groomer was very attentive to our dogs needs and understood that one is a little anxious and needs a little more love. Our schedule had gotten the best of us and had been a while in between their grooming and didn't make us feel bad at all.
