Of course there's plenty of parking. I walked over to the customer service desk because I was in a crunch for time and knew I did not have time to figure out where things were in the store. I encountered a Gentleman. I told him that I had minutes on my lunch break to spare and what I needed. He actually walked me through the store and over to the area and showed me what I was looking for. I thought that was very nice. I found out that this gentleman's name was Christian. He really rocked! Great energy and customer service! He even welcomed me to the store and guaranteed me that I would love this location. After looking around for a little bit, I knew that I would, but I had to leave so I made a mad dash for the register which was a no wait line. I am a part of the Target circle 360 rewards program however I wasn't sure if I needed to put my number in to get the discounts that I was offered on the products that I purchased. Jonathan was the cashier and he was grateful enough to assist me as well making my time in this line very short. I noticed that they also have a CVS on site which I am not aware of in any other targets in my area. They also have the Starbucks and Pizza Hut area. Overall, I enjoyed my brief and quick encounter and I definitely will be back during my lunch breaks!

She mentioned that I may want to swap where my TV is and move the direction of the room around. I'm glad she suggested it as I LOVE it to this day. The sectional pull out couch is still great after years of use. We've stopped in a bunch of times to pick up various pieces such as my beautiful office desk. Stopped in to look for an ottoman but I didn't find exactly what I envision but the staff was very helpful. They showed me tons of options and patterns I may want to choose so that it fits with my couch. I really enjoy this no pressure shopping. It's a little more expensive then those discount furniture stores but honestly you get what you pay for ... . I'll definitely be back!

I had three excuses to check it out: 1) I had stuff to donate. 2) I've been "low key obsessed" with the brass orbs showcased in Dr. Orna Guralnik's office (reality TV show). My past vintage brassware has come from thrifting so I wanted to see if I could find anything. 3) Have been sucked into Homeworthy and my mom/g-mother taught me young how antique dealers and designers generate their best finds by estate clean outs, trash picking and thrifting so I got the bug. YouTube is full of feedback that thrift stores have gone off the rails with prices and sell anything good on eBay so the stores are left with junk, so I was wary. This store is mostly clothes, and it was odd because almost all the customers were back in housewares/other goods. I've never had a good experience thrifting clothes so I don't thrift for clothes. The customers were a weird mix of a family speaking a Slavic language, a senior man very seriously rummaging through everything, a couple younger men seriously rummaging through everything, a group of teens, and an older woman. I didn't see anything close to a designer find or collectible as was commonplace at thrift stores 15+ years ago. It was truly a lot of junk, I'm sorry to say. The best deals I found were bags of about 5-6 authentic Barbies for $5 to $7 though they're the new (cheap quality) ones whose legs don't bend. I saw some Fisher-Price Little People which is too young for my son. Didn't see Imaginext but it was messy so I didn't look that hard. My son found a toy truck he wanted that was $5 and a plastic helicopter for $3, which were very reasonable (though we have a gluttonous number of vehicle toys and do not need more). I felt toys were fairly priced. House goods were okay. I always look at Pyrex and a square glass casserole was $5, which is okay, not great. Not a whole lot of useful stuff, mostly low quality decorative items. It's a shame that what is produced as clothing, furniture and home goods today is just complete garbage, and it doesn't even last long enough to make it to a thrift store. People go there looking for vintage from 80's or older and you really need to go to a consignment store or thrift boutique where items are discerningly curated rather than donated. But those stores charge stupid prices and the associates are rarely down to earth. Thrifting used to be such a cool adventure but unfortunately it's not what it used to be. I feel good about my donation though; kid bikes, plant stand, and a bag of other useful stuff that someone out there needs more than I.

The R&F Clearance Center was running a great sale, and we decided to make the most of it. Enter stage right Angelia Gibson-Ayres and her sales representative! They were helpful without being pushy and informative without being impatient. We were treated like valuable customers as they listened to, provided guidance for, and suggested ideas about, our needs and goals. The exceptional customer service made us feel like winners! I almost forgot what a true sales professional's conversation sounded like in this post-COVID world. Thanks for adding to this amazing moment of my son's first home and creating a solution that he won't easily forget!

But now that this cheaply made bed frame broke, they've sent us on a wild goose chase forcing us to call/email FOURTEEN different people. Resolve? "Wait 4-6 WEEKS for the replacement"! We asked if the replacement could just be shipped to the store and we pick one up now since there are plenty in stock. Finally we drove to the store where we made our original purchase in hope of some customer service in person (even though we already spoke with all of them over the phone). Terrance, the salesman had the audacity to tell us, "I know it's not ideal but honestly the purpose of the frame is to provide as flat and hard of a surface is possible. The hardest, flattest surface I could recommend you to sleep on is (you'll never guess) the floor!". He went as far as to offer to "look in the back and see if there was some plastic" he could give us! Ryan, Mattress Firm's District Manager's solution was even worse. YES IT GETS WORSE! He offered to SELL us another frame and give us his employee discount! Willie, the Store Manager was no help at. It's not just this store. We have dealt with this company all the way up to corporate. Their customer service stops at the point they take your money. Terrible policies and incompetent people make common sense solutions impossible.
