** Highly Recommend - Best Client Service EVER**…read more My husband and I started working with McArthur at the beginning of February 2016 and just closed on our dream home June 29,2016. The words grateful don't even come close to describing my gratitude for everything McArthur did for us. I wanted to go with a local, Mom, real estate agent who knew Mukilteo really well since that is where I was selling my home and hoping to purchase my dream home in. We choose McArthur because from the moment we meet, she was nothing but attentive to every word I had to say about what I was looking for and what I would not even consider-and that was a very LONG list. She was truthful from the moment we meet about anything I asked her. It didn't seem to matter what time of day or NIGHT, yes I did text her late in the evening sometimes to ask questions or bounce thoughts, worries etc. off of her and she ALWAYS responded promptly. She never left we wondering for hours or the next day, THAT right there says everything. No one wants an agent who is so busy or doesn't respond to their clients unless it's "normal business" hours, because real estate never sleeps and in this market you have to be ready at a moments notice when a new listing comes up. McArthur took us to countless viewings of homes, realistically talked to us about each home and how it fit our needs and never once did I feel pressured. When we listed our home for sale, it was a breeze, everything went as planned. I really have nothing to say because on my end of things, we got an offer, sailed through inspection and closed with out any issues. It was the buying side that McArthur really impressed me, the hours and hours of talking, viewing homes, talking with the builder on the new construction home we decided to go with and even STILL checking in on me after the close of our home when I ran into an issue, she didn't hesitate to get involved and contact the builder immediately. I also had a family emergency during the process of selling/buying my new home and McArthur went out of her way to bring me a comfort gift to make sure I was emotionally and mentally doing ok. I have purchased homes in the past and have used other agents and honestly their client service, attention and basically you feel like you're their only client is subpar compared to the service you get with McArthur.

A friend shared Dave's info with us and when we started working with him we couldn't have been happier. It was our first time going through looking for a home, and it felt like a very smooth process. He was very knowledgeable as we looked at houses together, informing us of what looks great, good, questionable, and risky about the different properties. He really worked with us to understand what we were looking for, which gave him a good gut reaction as we looked at house after house. We definitely got the sense that he wanted us to find something that would be the right fit. Highly recommend reaching out to Right Fit Real Estate if you're looking for a realtor, you can feel the personal touch of working with a small local business. Dave was great, and we also had the pleasure of interacting with MacArthur and Kirk, who were just as helpful.

As the Administrator of my late brother's estate, I needed to find a Realtor to sell my brother's…read moreproperty. My problem was I live in California and had only been to the property twice. A Realtor my sister-in law used in Southern California recommended Tami Tuck from RE/Max Elite. Tami took on this unique task of selling a property with no living owner and an absentee administrator 1,500 miles away. From the start Tami was very hands on in all aspects of getting the property ready for the market. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She got the house cleaned, empty, and beautifully staged. She had to do it all because we could not be there. Tami took pictures and videos to share with us about each day's progress. Tami was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and the special nuances that come with selling a property where you cannot talk to the seller about any issues the house may have. She was very understanding about our need to consult with the probate attorney about the estate. Because of Tami's work behind the scenes, we received several offers. She worked very hard on our behalf to secure the best offer. This was not always easy because there were many hidden unknowns as absentee sellers and she had to sell the buyers on the fact that we just didn't know about any issues the property might have. Bottom line, if you need a Realtor who will represent your best interests, will do all the little extra things and more, then Tami Tuck is your Realtor of choice.

I pay my PUD bill they get the money for the water. You wanna tell me why my hot water has been shut off on me three different times and just 2025. they've got multiple shut off notices from PUD due to them not paying their bill for the building. Also getting the hallway light shut where you can't even see your hand in front of you at night time and it's about 15 maybe 20 steps from the top to the bottom and I have a and a 13-year-old they're fully aware of that as well but they've done nothing to take care of anything. They don't want to take responsibility for anything that they do. They refuse to give me information to their higher ups over when I did get information two months I still haven't received a phone call from the higher up. I've done two complaints to the Better Business Bureau and this company is still yet to reach out to me to try to fix the things that they have messed up on do not rent from these people please save yourself the yourself distress and your family. The stress, the worries they have a tenant next-door knowing they don't live but they still collect for that person they've had multiple video and pictures and also police reports of people that live there. There was pretty much a standoff there because somebody that was in that home was not supposed to be there and they barricade their selves inside the house so they're doing fraudulent stuff as well and have all the proof in the world. I need to show every single thing I said to back it up. these people do not care about you nor your family and they have made that 1000% clear to me and not to mention because they took six months to do the paperwork. I was already six months into the lease and had to sign another whole year lease, so I got stuck here and I'm being made to live here I'm being made to feel for not only my children but for myself as well I can't even have family come and visit me I don't know what's gonna happen. and no, no one has took care of the situation so that's a complete lie so nice. They didn't say how they got my information, were bothering me with a cold call about selling my house THAT I JUST BOUGHT! "......we just sold a house in your neighborhood in 4 days!" No they didn't. They had a pending offer in 4 days; the house sold 30 days later. Turns out they called a bunch of people in our neighborhood and bothered everyone. Why the heck would I trust someone that spams neighborhoods with unsolicited phone calls.....with one of the most significant life decisions of most people lives. Stop bothering neighbors. In my 45+ years of life I have never had another realtor do this. What a crappy thing to do. (Sure I get crappy cold calls for random people "we buy any house" calls. Those are different.)
