After we experienced major issues with a local Arizona lender who couldn't get the job done, we were thrilled to find out Sean and Brian could help. They stepped in to save the deal during an urgent time crunch with a very complex loan structure, and they knocked it out of the park. They handheld us through the chaos and made sure we closed on time. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about their clients. They treat you with such incredible dedication that you feel like their #1 priority. Honestly, they are so good, I'd bet they would fight to get you a better rate than they'd get their own brother! If you need a team that handles complex situations with ease--in Washington or Arizona--look no further.

This guy went so far above and beyond to help us secure our dream house. From helping us with our approval to spending time on the phone with the sellers to assure them we were solid if they accepted our offer . . . it is DAVE we credit with the sellers choosing us to buy their house. From that point on, Dave was there at every turn to be sure there wasn't even the smallest hiccup. It was smooth sailing, and he even entertained a phone call when my husband and I couldn't agree on an element of our financing that had us hugging it out when we hung up. Can you credit a mortgage lender with possibly saving your marriage? I'll let you be the judge on that! Truly, even our dumbest questions went well received and answered. Even on a weekend evening! I'm not sure when he sleeps, certainly not while he was on the job for us. He was readily available at every step. The guy was a dream to work with and we are now settled in our forever home. Eternally grateful, and will recommend for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Both times I worked with Michael Young and both times, the experience has been excellent. The first time, Michael was incredibly patient as he walked me through the purchasing process in the US as I wasn't familiar with it, being from Canada originally. He answered every question in detail and then, during the actual mortgage application and approval, he kept me up to date during each step. With my current purchase, the experience was the same. Great explanations, lots of followup. He sent updates as soon as events happened (sometimes late at night) and I don't think I waited more than an hour for responses during daylight hours. And then, today, when the escrow company royally screwed up the documents required by the sender, Michael was on the phone with me, the lender, and the escrow company, pushing both of them to sort the situation out so that the funds could still be sent and the purchased closed on schedule. He and his staff ensured that the lender and escrow company were engaged the entire time and not sitting on their hands waiting for the other. What could have been extremely stressful and potentially a delay for the closing ended up being a small road bump in the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael at Infinity Mortgage if you ever need a broker.

My retirement account was/is through Fidelity. When I returned to Washington State in approximately October/November 2019, I looked up to see if Fidelity had in-person offices I could go to and ask some general questions about my account to. I found this location, however I did not immediately visit as I worked through most of my questions, such as how to change my address on the account, on my own. After checking the online balance and withdrawal process, I decided it was time to come in and just ask if I could withdraw funds. I had not talked to a Fidelity financial advisor before and was uncertain as to if/how to withdraw funds. Remembering this location, I arrived a little after 11:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday 5 October 2023. Parking spaces were easy to navigate and the entrance easy to find. The interior was pristine and a friendly front desk worker, who I decided to term my financial advisor, greeted me. I asked if it was possible to withdraw funds from my account, to which he walked me through an example of what it might look like/entail to withdraw funds in full or partial amount from the account. Since I did not have my account details with me, he used my ID to pull up the account. He was friendly and knowledgable. The two big drawbacks I found out to withdrawing funds at my age (approximately 31 years old) were: 1) taxes, and 2) a 10% penalty for not being 59.5 years of age or older. This was very helpful information, as was the two general withdrawal options for a partial withdrawal: 1) a set withdrawal amount, or 2) a set in-your-pocket amount. My tiny little brain and I left with much to think about and I was happy to visit and get some guidance.

When under contract for the home, the appraisal came back even lower. On top of that, the appraisal from July clearly shows the house is only 850 square feet and is only two bedrooms, but he proceeded to list the home as 1400 square feet and claims it has 3 bedrooms. Why work with someone that is willing to lie in their listing? When the appraisal came back 30k under contract, he failed both me and his client by not even presenting a counter offer. instead, he canceled the contract, which lead to me losing the home and over $2,000 in expenses. As a first time home buyer, I believe all buyers and sellers deserve agents that are willing to put in hard work for their clients. It's clear that Evan and Edmonds Realty are not willing to do so and have failed so many parties.

She clearly wanted me to be happy with my purchase in the long term. Highly recommended! In reading the other reviews for ER, I was surprised to see a scathing one by user "Brian H.". Brian was not an Edmonds Realty customer. Rather, he was the seller of a condo on which I began the buying process, but ultimately decided was not the right choice. If my agent was only concerned with "getting the deal closed", as Brian asserts, she would not have supported my decision to look elsewhere, based on a significant issue with the condo that the seller could not or would not resolve before closing. I feel that Edmonds Realty helped me dodge a bullet, even though it meant more work on their part for basically the same fee. In other words, I was well represented and advised by my ER agent, while it appears that Brian is blaming my agent - rather than his own - for his dissatisfaction with his selling experience. So again, if you want an agent who will make your satisfaction the top priority, I can say without reservation that this was my experience with Edmonds Realty.
