Hands down had the absolute best experience here. We had the best and most understanding manager help us out. We explained what was going on and she did everything in her power to help us. She offered multiple options and found us a great deal. She communicated with the account holder some extra deals as well, such as free HBO Max. If I ever come back, I will request to work with this manager, as she is so worth it. The store was clean, and when my phone started to die, they charged it for me! Absolutely terrible customer service. I am not sure why the person even worked at the store. Acted as though assisting a customer was extremely inconvenient. I would not return to this store for any reason. Such a shame to have a storefront but only be able to obtain good customer service by calling someone on the phone. Yelp won't allow me to give less than one star. I think one is a little optimistic. Couldn't help me with an issue on my wife's iPhone, said that they had never seen a different email for the cloud and the store. When I told them that a tech at the store on Memorial had suggested I do that to keep from having texts and calls routing to both phones, they suggested I go to the Memorial store. Their only other suggestion was to go to the apple store. Reasonably sure that I am not the only customer with more than one phone on the same store account. Upshot is, whatever the girl did to my wife's iPad, now it won't let me sign into messages, and the tech on the phone can't help because the sign in is grayed out. Do yourself a big favor, go anywhere else. read more

Employee was rude and insensitive after telling him we needed to turn service off after the death of husband. More details: Brought my mom into your store today to turn off the phone that belonged to my father, who passed away this week. When the employee attempted to do so, he refused to look at the death certificate (even though the person on the phone had told us to bring it). Told Mom to get her license out. He took it, never looked at it once. When he checked, we learned my father's phone still had a balance. My mother was sure this was paid already. When she inquired for more details, the guy pushed all our items back at us and said "You're the one who wanted the phone. You should know." This is a terrible way to treat a customer who has recently lost their husband. All my mother wanted was more details about her account history. I will be advising my mother to find another provider. AT&T does not care to help loyal customers. Total fail. read more

We recently had to get this trash because we needed a phone service and of course they haven't gotten any better since they fucked over my dad in the early 2000s. They still will run you around for weeks no matter who you talk to so that you keep paying them. Then once they have all your money, guess what? STILL CANT USE YOUR PHONE. AT ALL. We have had no service for a fucking week because of them and because of that its losing us money. And we have explained this all to them. SEVERAL TIMES. TO SEVERAL EMPLOYEES. These people were horrible. I called ahead, of course no one answered. When I drove over there the store was full of employees on their phone, doing nothing, definitely not answering the phone. I was met at the door by Keilan, who was so condescending and rude. I was clearly an idiot and I hope he doesn't work on commission. Absolutely horrible experience. I was sent to this store by AT&T phone insurance complany to get a phone screen replaced. I was told by the company that I did not need to make an appointment and I could go in at any time. Not wanting to get there at the end of the day, I arrived before 3pm. The store closes at 8pm. During check-in, I was told that the tech that does screen repairs was not there and would be back at 5:30. I was told to come back at that time. I asked if there would be enough time for her to to the repair, since I had driven over 100 miles. She said that repair takes about an hour and they were opened until 8:00. Okay. I then went to kill some time. Arriving at 5:25, I stood there until about 6:10 before anyone came to help me. I told them that I was supposed to be there at 5:30 for a screen replacement. They then informed me that they were too busy and that it was first come first serve. I asked how there was a line, since the tech wasn't supposed to be back until 5:30. They blew me off and said that she came back early. I was there at 3:00 and they told me to come back! I would have waited if I knew I wouldn't be able to get this repaired! I have been paying for the insurance and have no way to get this claim of my cracked screen fixed, since according to the warranty company this is the only place in Oklahoma with a tech that can repair the phone, and I sure as hell ain't going back there and wasting any more of my time. read more

This review is not about the Yukon store it is about Att in general. We were moving to a new home and called about three months ago to find out if we had a contract on a mobile hotspot they said we did not and said they would notate the account. They did not. We called in September to cancel that hotspot that we did not have a contract on and we were were told multiple times even at sign up that we never had a contract because we bought the hotspot out right. Yesterday I looked and we had a $268 bill for one phone line no hotspot. I called customer service today got transferred after waiting about five minutes to another department that apparently could help us they could not help us so we got transferred to another department they cannot help us then we got transferred to retention and after waiting about 30 minutes on hold an automated service came on saying they were sorry but due to an unexplained certain circumstances they could not take your call at this time and it hung up on us. I am never going to use AT&T again we will be switching services tomorrow. read more

I was in this store last weekend. I asked the girl to change the number on my second line and add a new phone. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bill this morning and it's over $250 for two lines. Instead of doing as I asked, she added a new line then charged me for adding a new line, upgrading on my existing line, and charged me for changing the number. After spending a good portion of my day with customer service at the 800 number, it is all fixed. Feel like either this girl needs additional training or a hearing aid to assist her in hearing what is being asked of her. All in all a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend this location if you need help with making changes to your service. But kudos to the 800 number customer service reps! read more

Avoid this store, go to the one on McArthur instead, I've consistently have had better service there. The folks here at the Yukon store don't know what they are doing and lack professionalism. The manager (Victoria) is a joke and I have no idea how she became a manager with her severe lack of people skills. I went in to switch from T-Mobile to ATT and they ported me over in a hurry and when they did they made me ineligible for some awesome promotions and the trade-in of my devices. I ended up not being able to trade-in my TMobile devices and had to pay the remainder of my phones off. I wish I had gone to McArthur store to begin with. Went in to the Yukon store again after that and Victoria, as well as the sales guy, avoid making eye contact with me. Probably because they know how bad they screwed me. I waited an hour to be helped. When at times there were 8 employees on the floor and only 2 or 3 where helping customers. If I had been told it would take that long it would have made a huge difference in my attitude. TERRIBLE customer service. In January, my husband and I went to add him to my account and get him a phone because his old one broke so we decided to combine accounts and make it easier. We were guaranteed that our bill would be $200 or less every month even with what all we were needing on our phones. Well February rolls around and our bill is freaking $400!! Are you kidding me? Apparently there are prorations which we would've understood if we had been told about them at all. Anyway we call the 800 customer service number they say it'll only be like that the first month. Well... March bill comes around and it's OVER $300.... My husband and I were LIVID. We went into the store to try to get things settled and we will never ever be back. They not only ignored the fact that we had been guaranteed a price in WRITING but also said snarky comments that we should've known it would be more than $200. Ummm I'm sorry but we should be able to expect that y'all follow the guaranteed price that we agreed on and not screw us over. LONG STORY SHORT: we will NEVER go back to AT&T with their terrible service, we went straight to Sprint instead and got the NEWEST phones with unlimited EVERYTHING for LESS than $200. read more

I bought my iPhone 5s and signed up for a new account at this location back in February, and today realized that there was some thing weird on my bill. When I called AT&T customer service, the representative informed me that I had been paying a contract charge- despite the fact that I had bought my phone outright. He then suggested that I go down to whatever location I had purchased from and "kick some ass." (Side note: I had also had an issue with this location signing me up for services I specifically declined.) I opted for a phone call, instead, and I was told that I was still paying off the contract on my old phone (that is no longer in use, or even functional) from the account I was no longer on. I was not informed of this when I paid $600 for a brand new phone. The store employee I spoke to on the phone told me that nothing could be done about my situation, but that the employee who initially helped me would be coached better in the future. When I pointed out that "future coaching" didn't help my situation and resigned myself to paying extra fees for a phone and service I no longer have I was briskly disconnected. tl;dr The employees are friendly, but don't expect to be informed of all of your options and don't expect solutions to your problems. read more

Awful experience for the second time, had to write a review. The lady was helpful when I entered the store, and took me to both items that I needed and let me know to find her when ready to check out. I quickly chose my items and went to her. She told me to "feel free to look around" and she would send someone to check me out once "they opened up" from helping others. I said okay and waited a few minutes. As I looked around, I became annoyed and realized they were not respecting my time as a consumer. There was about 4 employees helping others and 4 people waiting to be helped. The lady that initially helped me was standing next to another employee on their iPads, talking to each other (I am sure it was business related) however, could not one of them quickly check me out? This model does not make sense. Someone should be available to help customers who come in to purchase goods off the shelf. Second time this has happened to me here and I will not return to this location. I have already made my purchase on Amazon and will wait a couple days over wasting my time in the store. This AT&T store is horrible. My wife ordered an Apple Watch and asked that I go in and pick it up, I arrived shortly after she received an email saying the watch was ready for pick. I entered the store and was greeted by a young woman leaning against they wall. I told her my reason for coming in and she looked at her tablet for a few seconds and told me the watch wasn't ready for pick up. I told her about the email and she told me her system didn't show it and refused to give me anymore details. I waited several minutes and returned to see if she had anymore information. She spend a couple minutes chatting with another employee before acknowledging my presence. The way they looked at me and treated me you'd think I was a leopard. She took my name down so a sales rep could help me when they were "free". After half an hour I was approached by a rep. I told the rep the watch situation and the rep walked straight to a drawer, that was in the area I was sitting and pulled the watch, along with all my wives information. I hadn't seen anyone touch that drawer since I had come into the store almost 45 min earlier. Which let me know it was ready the moment I walked it. The rep took my license, walked over to another rep and stood there and talked for 5 more min. I asked for my license back and told them to cancel my order. I refuse to do business with this location again. If we weren't in contract I'd drop AT&T all together. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years, and I pay far to much for the service that I receive.
