The salesman pulled a fast one. He ordered me an Internet machine when I said I was going out of town. It would be shipped to the store and he would call when it arrived. But he had it sent to his house and activated it so he could get the sale before the end of the month. I went back to the store and he said he had the internet router in his car to be returned. They sent a new one to my house. Now a 2 month billing nightmare as ATT want me to pay for the service that I never used. Apparently now I have 2 internet account numbers. I never even touched the first machine. Dirty trick. Now att wants to send me to collections. Never again with that store. read more

This must be the worse place you can get robbed at for cell service in the area. They lie to your face just to get you out the door, "Oh we cant do that for ya here, but just call the 1 800 number and they will help ya." Total BS, they just don't want you there annoying them, SMH. I was an At& T customer for more than 14 years, you think that should buy you some loyalty, nope. Screw them, switched to Metro kept my Iphone, now Its only $50 a month for unlimitted, i Was paying triple that. read more

History

Established in 1876.

AT&T has been in the technology business since--well, since the invention of the telephone in 1876. Ever since then, we've grown our company and found new ways to connect people to what they love. Along the way, we've invented or pioneered the use of all kinds of technologies: rotary phones, TV, mobile phones, transistors, transatlantic and transpacific cables, communication satellites, touchtone service, the 911 emergency number, the Unix programming language, fiber optic networks, VoIP service, and more. Today, we're a world leader in communications, media and entertainment, and technology. Now that we've acquired both DIRECTV and Time Warner, we're building a truly modern media company that will create the best entertainment and communications experiences in the world.

Then when it came time to get reimbursed for the remainder of the Verizon contract T-Mobile says I need additional paperwork. I tried to contact Verizon to get what I needed. But they told me I needed to switch first and then pay everything off. I went into the T-Mobile store several times and also called. They would do absolutely nothing to help me. According to them I was just supposed to eat the cost. And they would not contact T-Mobile to explain the situation. The employees that I worked with need fired. They are a bunch of incompetent idiots. If you want T-Mobile use a different store. They take no accountability and will do nothing to help. If I had not found someone at the 800 number I would have been out over $500. It took at least 3 calls to the 800 number before I could finally get someone to help me. DO NOT use this T-Mobile store. Because if you run into a problem and they don't want to help you, you will be stuck. I spent 7 hours yesterday trying to get things resolved and they would do absolutely nothing. The Williamsport Pennsylvania store "Acting Manager" because I had a question about the new plans was unprofessional, rude, joke. I know they cannot pull up OUR account and I kept trying to say I get that and dont need that I need a questioned answered about new plans and the completely unprofessional and interrupting me telling they he would look at our current plan pricing, which again I tried to tell him the plan we have does not work for us so I was online trying to change it but I was looking to clarify something specifically related to the posted plans online. Did he listen? Nope interrupted again and didn't listen and put me on hold to look at the 12GB plan I already said was not enough. Then to come back after 5 minutes on hold and starts tell me how the plan we already have works which I already said was not working and not wanted I wanted to know. Interrupted me and started saying if I would just let him help me, that I dont know what I am talking about (yes I managed a VZW store for 6 years) he hung up. read more
