    I went to the Xfinity store 2 days ago because they are running a promotion offering a new iPhone…read more16 free with a trade-in. The first day I was told after 2 hours that they were experiencing technical issues and to come back in the following day because the issue should be resolved by then. I arrive at the store the following day and again after 2 hours am told they are still experiencing technical issues and the only solution would be to ship the device through mail, despite the fact that they have the device available in their store. I called customer service and AGAIN was on the phone with their support for 2 hours trying to resolve the issue and was told that they would "escalate the issue to higher management" and I would receive an email after 7 business days. Needless to say, I would not recommend Xfinity services to anyone. They have more hidden fees than any internet/phone company I've ever patronized and they don't care at all about your time or issues with their service or their products. The in-store employees would just as soon you switch carriers than have to find a real solution to your problem. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else. Spend your hard earned money and valuable time on a company that will value you as a customer- this is NOT that company!
