I have paid cash in that very store for years and have never done that step. Normally the employee's are easy to get along with and will just do it to process my payment. The 2 female employee's working that day told me I was "Rude" for not picking a language and placed my cash payment back on the counter and told me "we will not process your payment and you have to leave the store now". I believe they were the rude people for the condescending tone in talking to me and the poor quality of service to a long term customer just trying to pay cash for a bill. I don't think I need to pick any language just to conduct business in this state or country. I also filed a complaint e-mail to the president in the Atlanta corporate office on this matter.

They did not tell me that if I had scratches in my screen it would void it so easily. Therefore, I spent $120 for a screen that ended up being poor quality and now they can't fix it. So now I have a screen that's coming off of my phone and my keyboard is mistyping things. I will never go here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. They could have at least refunded me some money for the poor job that ended up being done on the screen.
