That in 14 days I would get a virtual visa card I could pay of my Verizon phones. Josh and Micheal screwed up the paperwork and I did not receive. When we set up our family service we asked for the free phones that went with the 5GB data plan which were Samsung On5. The lady gave four phones to my wife which turned out to be Samsung Galaxy J5 which at the time was also free but only with the 15GB data. Fortunately they waived the restocking fee so it only cost us an extra trip to Victoria the next day (45 minutes away). The next time we dealt with them they added two SyncUP devices which the lady told me over the phone would be just $7 each and $10 a month for both vehicles. NOPE!!! Turns out the $70 devices are $10 a month PER VEHICLE! Customer service has been able to help fix our stuff and calm me down each time but it would sure be nice to talk to people who know and care what they are saying. I have yet to find that at this location.
