It got stuck in a continuous loop. I was extremely worried i lost very important files and pictures. Since my back/restore cds were destroyed during hurricane Harvey. I called geek squad and sat on the phone forever. Also the quote was ridiculous. I then contacted The I Fix Computers Guy. The staff were very friendly and informative. The quote was spot on and not expensive. The explained to me that it would take a few days to a data pull for me. Since there were several other customers in front of me. It took 2 days and they got all my stuff off my laptop. Very professional. Pricing is fair and not outrageous. Will do business again!
