They did not tell me that if I had scratches in my screen it would void it so easily. Therefore, I spent $120 for a screen that ended up being poor quality and now they can't fix it. So now I have a screen that's coming off of my phone and my keyboard is mistyping things. I will never go here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. They could have at least refunded me some money for the poor job that ended up being done on the screen.

I am 'thrifty' and Sean is always willing to work with you. It was at a time when he had other things to focus on, but I was very satisfied and he is generous with his expertise. First, she said "you could have search google for that", which I already had. Then she say "your phone doesn't have that feature", which it does. After an hour, she says she can't help. I'm currently at another provider to change my service.
