HORRIBLE! A little snippy manager told me that they would help me because my Temp drivers license had expired. ATT turned off my service when my daughter upgraded her phone in Nashville, TN. I had never missed a payment never complained about anything in 4 years and this woman would not help me! I asked then to just remove the sim card (which is what the store in TN told me I needed to do and she refused. I went to get my Liscense renewed and refused to go back to that store after being treated the way I was treated. I will get my phone turned on then go to Verizon. read more

Today was by far my worst experience at an AT&T and I've been a customer for 10 years. From the moment I walked in I knew that Kathy wanted nothing to do with us and we were a total inconvenience of her time. She would rather play games on her phone. First of all, I came in 3 days prior to upgrade my phone and was told about the running promotion, it was great so I had my husband come in 3 days later to do the same for his phone. Kathy knew absolutely nothing about any running promotions but claimed she knew everything at the same time. She also asked what phone we wanted and said she doesn't have it and we have to order it... Finally, after speaking with a manger he confirms that there actually is a promotion running. HOW DOES SHE NOT KNOW ABOUT IT?! Then she said she will have to go look and see what she has for phones( at this point she couldn't be lazy, she knew we wanted to do the whole process) She comes back with our phone and was just rude and condescending. Then we wanted a screen protector.. I should have put that $50 screen protector on myself, and BLIND. Kathy should not be in a customer facing job. She should be in the warehouse. I understand the reason for the low rating now... I had gone in to upgrade my phone and was told a price. Then, I get a massive bill and it turns out I wasn't eligible for certain discounts the staff told me I was. They made a huge mess of my account but fortunately customer service was able to fix everything. Unless you just need to buy a new charger or something I highly recommend you visit a different store. read more

I have been an AT&T customer for years. This store is the absolute worst AT&T store. I am so mad about my visit today, I may very well switch to Verizon. I wish I knew how to contact the people at the main office. They need to send a team into this store to clean it up. Their attitude there is despicable----DO NOT GO HERE FOR AT&T issues. Horrible store. Staff is completely untrained has no clue what they are doing 5 staff working not one had a clue how to help me. Tried upgrading a phone was told that because it had a scratch on it I had to pay it all off. Horrible store horrible experience save your time go some other place. I never received the promised reward card for switching to ATT. The online call center told me to go to the Valdosta store, which I did today. The manager said if the service did not originate in the store, he could not help me. He didn't even look at the chat transcript and reference number I had. He would not tell me his name, except for Q or his employee number. I took a picture for evidence I went to the store for when I escalate back to customer service. I would put -5 * but that is not an option. Just talk just talk you got to get prepared went to the store two weeks ago to get my wife a new iPhone they swipe the card three times so it took the money out of my account three times. I called AT&T they said it wasn't their fault called the store the store said it wasn't his fault that I would have to show him proof that it came out of my checking account three times. I got a copy of my bank statement took it to him he went over to the computer pulled it up said he only took it out once. But I have illreputable proof that it come out of my bank account three times he still would not honor that. He said the banks take it out like that all the time I've done business in all 48 states and in the country of Canada that is never happened to me before. So if you go there you might want to use cash because somebody there is stealing money and erasing their tracks the manager does not want to admit it on top of that he accused me of being a racist. BEST customer service I've received in my whole life. Mike, especially, went out of his way to make sure all my account issues were taken care of before I left. This man spent like 3 hours talking to people for me to fix my account issues. I definitely recommend this AT&T location & Mike definitely deserves a promotion! read more
