i recent got a new phone, i specifically told the guy Taon "we're going to transfer my stuff first…read moreright?" before we even opened the new phone. he said yeah let's go ahead and do that. proceeds to tell me to put in my apple id and password before messing with the other phone. LITERALLY wiped my phone without making sure it was backed up and gave me a new phone with NONE of my things i really need... literally the only helping hand that tried to fix it was Skyler and Brian. pictures and messages i'll never get back from loved ones that are no longer living are just GONE and it's disappointing because you didn't even try to back my phone up when i asked you to transfer my stuff. i literally cried for hours. literally 0/10, terrible. do not go here!!!!!!
