I purchased my phone in JAX, and bought the free replacement for life screen there. Of course the replacement screen already has cracks in it and I finally went in here to get it replaced. Darius was kind and helpful. I honestly thought there would be some scam or something where I had to pay for it and nope! My husband and I are new to T-Mobile and were blown away by the customer service from TJ and Tommy W. T-mobile is not your typical wireless carrier - they go above and beyond, and it starts with their employees. Although we had placed our service order through the 800 number, they spent over two hours explaining our options (we live in a very rural area), setting up our unlocked phones and working with our previous carrier to retain our numbers under T-Mobile. They patiently explained everything they did and told us to call with any questions. We hate to sound like some Hallelujah chorus, but the we were that impressed. The store carried the latest tech gadgets - a Sync UP DRIVE mobile wifi hotspot that makes traveling a breeze, iPhone 10, rockin' covers, etc. If you are tired of the overpriced and underserviced legacy carriers, do yourself a favor and stop by this store and talk to TJ and Tommy.
