Extremely upsetting customer "service" by the manager and Yaeshi. 0 product knowledge by the staff and attitudes given once a refund was requested after not being provided enough information about the product. The people at this store should not be in a customer service or sales position. The manager at this location is a liar. He will add onto your bill and just straight up lie and say it's necessary. Watch out for this liar. He's legit a bottom feeder and I wish him nothing but the worst. Cost us hundreds of dollars. The mall store didn't lie like this asshole did. Spent 3 hours here on my birthday. It was the last day of APPLE'S ONE YEAR WARRANTY, SIM CARD worked great on other phones and been to APPLE STORE 3 times and company stores 4 times. We got a brand new iphone shipped. I was so nervous I had to get home and care for my mom. She passed away 15 minutes away before I got home. Communications is very poor between the support. Worse customer service. We arrived at store and were checked in. We were first on the waiting list. After a 10 minute wait the manager Gary (we asked for his name before leaving) went straight to a young female who had just entered the store. Instead of putting her on the waiting list he spent about five minutes answering her questions. When done, instead of him assisting us, the first on the waiting list, he proceeded to help an elderly woman who had just entered the store. We were sitting patiently but ignored for another 10 minutes. We had originally come into the AT&T store to ask some questions to decide who the better provider would be for us, AT&T or Sprint. After 25 wasted minutes we decided Sprint would have to be better than AT&T. We left the store and we are now very happy Sprint customers. Thank you Gary for sending us to Sprint. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered our phones and had a pleasant and professional experience with our initial rep and purchase at a store in Bixby. Our phones came via mail and we went to this store to get help setting them up (as we've done numerous times in the past). When we walked in, Leonard Jeffries, was available but refused to acknowledge us. We walked up and asked him for help and he replied that we could do it on our own. We then explained we just wanted help to make sure we did everything right, he became irritated and did the bare minimum. I even asked him if he was okay or having a bad day and he said "No". He then played on his phone the whole time, got up from our table and moved to another table. We were considering adding AT&T internet as well but absolutely refused to give him our business. We did make a complaint with corporate and they were apologetic. However, no management from this specific store has made any contact. Very disappointing experience. I hope no one else has this experience. read more

My hubs has needed a new phone for over a week now. We finally made the time to stop in at an AT&T store and chose this location, because it had at least 2 stars as opposed to the other locations' 1 star. Everyone in the store was kind and helpful. The young man that helped us was very knowledgeable about the AT&T product. If you need someone that will cut to the chase and get 'er done, look for Nicholas. Don't go in there looking to make a best friend though, because Nicholas is all about facts and information. The good thing is, I don't think he is capable of lying or over selling...really. When you talk to him, you'll get it. Nice guy, full of information and super helpful. read more

Horrible experience at this store . All I wanted to do was set up First Net . I ended up with 2 accounts and 2 separate charges. Which I was never told I would be charged for a second account. Jay the manager had helped me the first time . She was very nice but never told me I would be charged for 2 account s . I then got a bill for 102 which I had no idea about. When I called the store to speak with Lilly( manager) she just told me to call customer service. I was also told if I cancel the second line I would only be charged 40 bucks for internet which was a lie . She never told me that it didn't matter if I canceled it I would still have to pay the amount. Definitely stay away from this store. It's much better to call the customer service line read more

Made an appointment, and arrived a tad bit late. Side note, every time I am late, I like to describe it as a "tad bit" late, but I digress. Even though I was late, the att rep was quick to greet and help. I was there because I received my new phone and wanted them to switch over the old phone to the new. Was informed that I needed to back to iTunes and restore. After that I could call in and activate the new phone. No problems, I could do that mess from home. Also needed a case so the rep was great in helping me select the one I wanted. So far so good. He even recommended a glass protector; so go it based on his advice. read more

I went in to this AT&T location to set up my new phone plan with someone face to face instead of doing it over the phone in hopes I'd receive a better experience. Long story short they gave us the wrong phones, set us up on the wrong plan, didn't activate any of our additional services yet billed us for them, and I had to spend nearly 10 hours total spread out over 4 days during my family vacation to fix what this store had done. After all was supposedly taken care of I checked my bill only to find out all was not fixed. One final trip to the store an AT&T employee who proudly stated he had 5 years of experience at this location told me the bill was correct and if I needed anything in the future to call customer service. So I did just that. Luckily dialing 611 gave me a far better experience. They removed any errors from my account and credited my account for the mistakes this location made. Unfortunately it seems that very few employees at this store are qualified to be working in their position. I do hope the quality of service improves but until then, save yourself hours of time and headache and just call AT&T instead of visiting this physical location. read more

All we were doing was relocating our phones to the 918 area code but got charged an extra line on our bill plus $100.00 extra dollars for just relocating our phones. We will not be doing business with this store anymore here in Tulsa. We will be going somewhere else. read more

Horrible customer service. The very reason I switched over to another carrier back in November. As a (former) long time AT&T customer I went into the store and talked to one of the rudest sales associates ever (bald frumpy looking fella) who had a bad attitude and seemed too busy to help me find some reasonable options for a new iPhone. I made sure I was out of my contract so AT&T couldn't nickel and dime me with cancellation fees. True to their greedy corporate ways, they added some "fees" on my last bill and lied about what the final bill would be. A $30+ difference. The Manager Jody A. And Assistant Manager Ryan J. We're less than helpful. The sales associate Jennifer C. was the only employee with a professional attitude. Unfortunately she couldn't fix the mess and her bosses didn't seem to care. That is why I'm not an AT&T any longer. read more
