My bill is now 350$! That is a far cry from 229$. Never could get the two to call me. I go in, someone looks at my account and tells me my sales rep will call me after he looks at it. That was two weeks ago. Still haven't heard from him even if I call the store. Spent 3hrs on there phone getting stuff corrected only to get disconnected and too see that none of the stuff on my bill was handled after all. So my 20 year loyalty plan is gone for a 'cheaper' business account that is costing me over 150$ more. I'm canceling and going to AT&T because this is the worst experience I've had with any customer service in any company.
