NEW OWNERS as of May 2025 -- BEWARE. Do not trust this…read morecompany. I went to [I Fix and Repair] to get my iPhone battery replaced. At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. Stay far away. **REPLYING to Devon's response below** I want to clarify that my intention was never to "extort" anyone. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. When I provided my bank statement as proof of the transaction, you declined to honor it because the repair wasn't found in your system. I then asked if you could open the phone and inspect the battery--since it was replaced at your location--and you stated that I would be charged again just to have it examined. Accusing me of leaving a fake review or acting unfairly is both inappropriate and unprofessional. I approached this situation with a willingness to resolve the issue respectfully, but your dismissive tone and assumptions have made it clear that customer service and constructive dialogue are not your priorities.

This review is strictly about my experience at this location. I'm giving 2 stars because 1 I love T-Mobile and 2 I had two great experiences with 2 employees and 1 not so good employee. My experience getting a new phone yesterday started off bad but ended on an okay note. I am on vacation and decided to upgrade my phone. When I came in there was a girl who was standing by herself on her phone, she did greet us and helped us but she grabbed my phone and started pressing all these buttons to upgrade without even telling me what I was agreeing too. She rushed me through the whole process. I came with my grandma and she had questions about a lot of things and Helen would think it was funny she was asking so many questions and look at me and laugh and make faces about my grandma. I also had questions and was confused. She sat us down at this table that had the worst chairs and continued to set me up. She had told me before I left to turn on my Bluetooth and keep my old phone on my new phone and the apps would transfer. They did however they never uploaded. I went back into the store later that day, she was helping a client and stopped to answer my question as my new phone didn't get the service transferred over from my old phone. She told me it would take time. I then had to come back a third time when my apps wouldn't download, I was told by Julio that I was told the wrong info and that I had to have WiFi for the apps to download instead of just Bluetooth. She had told me the wrong information. It was such a hassle to get a new phone and I felt like I was just commission instead of a customer. See Julio or Danielle for all your phone needs they're awesome!

However, Herman's solution was simply "just return the iPad, you have 30 days from purchase." Is that how you resolve issues stemming from dishonesty? Will definitely avoid this location in the future 1/10/26 0945 Hours : Update / Edited Review: Unfortunately, I need to revise my previous review due to misleading information we received from Herman at the Verizon Indiantown location. Prior to obtaining the iPad, Herman repeatedly told us it would be $3 per month and later stated it was completely free with no monthly charges, only a one-time $40 fee (which we understood, especially since we had already paid $102 upfront). I very clearly asked multiple times, with my husband on the phone,if there would be any monthly payment at all, and he said none. My husband, who has been a Verizon customer for 22 years, specifically questioned this because there is realistically no such thing as a "free" iPad line. Despite this, Herman insisted multiple times that it was free and assured us there would be no ongoing charges. When we later noticed charges on our account, another Verizon team confirmed there is actually a monthly service line fee. Herman then said it should only be $10/month, yet our bill shows $20/month, plus a protection plan that I clearly declined. When questioned, he could not explain the additional charges and seemed to assume the customer already knows Verizon's company policies ,which is not appropriate, especially when costs were never disclosed upfront. We were told a manager would contact us today or by next Tuesday, but so far this remains unresolved. What we believed was a great deal turned out to be misleading, and important details were not clearly communicated in order to complete the sale. Transparency and honesty are essential in customer service, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience

I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews before stepping foot in this Verizon…read morestore. They lure you in with promises of a free phone and a lower bill than other carriers, but it's a trap. The hidden fees are outrageous, and despite assurances that they would be covered, I was told it would take weeks to see that money back. In the end, my bill wasn't even lower than what I was paying with my previous provider. The whole process felt rushed; they had me signing documents so quickly that I didn't have a chance to fully understand what I was agreeing to. And when I went back to try and sort things out, the unprofessionalism was shocking. I was met with what felt like a threatening group of men, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and intimidated. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. The deals aren't real, and the customer service is non-existent. I regret not listening to the warnings and hope others can learn from my mistake.

Great customer service and continued to work with me 2x even after the store closed. Here is my success story. My daughter got her phone stolen. I purchased an iPhone 11 from a reseller. I tried to activate the phone on line with a Sprint specialist. While hearing the roosters in the background it was very apparent that it was not going to be successful. I drove up to the store and work with Adele to get the phone activated. She did go ahead and activate it on the T-Mobile network. Once the phone was successfully working she did notice that the ringer was not sounding right. Regardless, I took the phone the next day to the Apple store and it was just some crud in the speaker system. Bottom line I ended switching the phone back to the old iPhone 6s that I was letting my daughter use just so she would have a phone. Fast forward to December 13 in the evening. Once again I tried to activate the phone online and on the telephone call with Sprint. Once again it was very unsuccessful. I ran out to the store last night 20 minutes prior to them closing. Donovan and Chatel were totally focused on activating the phone. They worked on it for a minimum of 45 minutes and called their special support number. Finally, 10 to 15 minutes after the store closed, they got the phone activated. Fantastic Job!!!! Seriously these young people working at this store are wonderful. Thank you to this T-Mobile reseller for hiring such fantastic dedicated employees.
