I've been an AT&T customer for about 10 years, now. I don't post negative information (this is my first ever negative post), but this I have to be posted, so people can stay away from this store.
I went to the store, and I have purchased I Phone 7 Plus, the store representative encourage me to have the phone delivered to the store so I can pick up the phone from the store since they get a shipment every day, he said this will expedite the process. Unfortunately, the representative wrote the wrong address on the shipping label (instead of 456 Payne Rd he wrote 45 Payne road). As result, when I went to the store to pick up the phone, I was told the phone was return to the UPS store, and no one took the time to explain to me why the phone was returned back to UPS and No one apologised to me, matter a fact they seem very upset with me. Instead, the AT&T representative told me to pick up the phone at local UPS.
The following day I went to the UPS store to claim my phone, but UPS store told me the phone was returned back to Apple because shipper requested the phone to be shipped back. I went back to the store to get some answers. When I arrived at the store I was told to wait for the manager because he was on a conference call, I waited for 55 minutes, when I could no longer wait for him, I spoke with floor representative, and I ask him to give me the store manager's business card. The next thing I knew, he came out flying from the back of the store, and he said he did not have the business his own business cards yet, he ordered new business cards but they have not arrived yet. He took a small piece of paper and he wrote a fake name, and said: "here you go". I know it was a fake name because I call Maine Mall store, and they gave me a different name than the one he wrote on the paper.
I forgot to mention, there were more store employees in the store, then customers, most of the time. I counted about 4 store employees and 3 customers including me. Please, go to any other store but this one. read more
