When it was my turn, after waiting for at least 10 mins I was told they no longer handle billing in the store. If you want service that isnt solely based on selling, try the Seneca Turnpike location! Also, I was later told by Verizon 1800 number that this was completely untrue and the stores are still allowed to resolve billing issues. What a waste of time!
