What made this situation especially alarming was the clear invasion of privacy. After our interaction in the store, the associate, Tyler, accessed my mother's account information and proceeded to call my phone approximately 16 times from his personal phone, only to hang up each time I answered. There is absolutely no justification for an employee to use a personal device to repeatedly contact a customer like this. It was intrusive, unprofessional, and raised serious concerns about how customer information is being handled at this location. We initially came in to pick up a phone we had ordered and were informed that ID verification was required before it could be released. That part was completely reasonable. However, instead of helping us resolve the issue or directing us to the correct corporate location that could assist, the associate immediately dismissed us, stating that he "didn't have the order," and refused to provide any further guidance. At the time, we were unaware that this was not a corporate store, and while that misunderstanding may be on us, it does not excuse the way we were treated. A professional response would have been to calmly explain the situation and point us in the right direction. Instead, the associate became visibly agitated that we were even there, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. The situation worsened when he began speaking to my mother in a hostile and disrespectful manner, ultimately telling her to leave the store. His tone and behavior were completely inappropriate. No customer should be treated that way for simply asking for assistance. From the refusal to help, to the hostile interaction, to the misuse of personal contact through a private phone, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. It reflects a serious lack of professionalism and raises concerns beyond just poor customer service. Because of this, I will be filing a formal corporate complaint. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. read more

am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a third-party AT&T store that has repeatedly misrepresented services and engaged in dishonest practices, causing us ongoing financial and personal hardship. From the beginning, this store has cheated us through misleading information and has continued to provide false assurances when we have tried to correct the issues. Just like all the other reviews. Not a corporate store, They over charge and sell plans with options that are not needed. Promises and cost they do not keep. Horrible service. The girl that was waiting on us was probably the least knowledgeable AT&T person I've ever talk to. Needless to say being lazy didn't help. Everything I ask in regards to different apps not working she had no idea how to fix them. It was obvious she got paid for what she sold not for what she fixed. After I had waited 30 minutes to be next The stores started filling up and all she wanted me to do was leave. She even said I'm going to Rome around and help other people and I told her no you're going to help me first please. She was done with me when she knew I wasn't buying a new product. Now that AT&T is sold I'm very skeptical about them maintaining my service. read more

This store is the worst cell phone store I've ever been to, and I've worked with all the different cell phone providers. They have fraudulent practices and will tell you to get a free watch or something just to make you get a new phone. The salesman named Theodore is a lying sack of s...t and will lie to senior citizens or anyone else to get you to buy a phone and put you under their plan. Att then charges you for the device they supposedly said was free with the phone. It is NOT an official Att store. I've never trusted Att, and this proves it. I'll never use another Att product devise or cell phone services. They are nothing but trouble, and this store proves it. Be careful and stay away if you value your money and honesty. read more

Our family has been going to this location for several years. Today, I went to look at their products and had the opportunity to meet a store Representative, Constantin. He was very professional, respectful, and could answer all of my questions about several new products. The store at this time was busy with customers, and Constantin was able to assist each customer promptly while I waited for my device to download. Granada Blvd Ormond Beach, Fl. and was serviced by the Manager Caitlyn, she spent time to thoroughly explain what my options were on Direct Stream and my needs for my cell phones. I was very much pleased and appreciated not being rushed thru and made to feel she was there to assist me to resolve the problems. If I could give this store, zero, stars, I would!! This place is a joke!! Buyer beware!! 3xs I bought I new phone here and each time they charged me for unwanted services, sneaked them in on my bill and when I noticed would NOT reimburse me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have used this store exclusively for my cell needs for many many years. I'm sure the personnel has turned over as many times as I've used the store, but the people I have dealt with have always been very friendly and knowledgeable about both products and plans. Also helpful with troubleshooting. My only reduction has been for wait times and the need to order product on occasion. My most recent purchase was done over the phone and handled well by Eric. Installation was a breeze with the (ordered) phone arriving in 2 days, personally delivered to my home by an AT&T Contractor who helped install (from her socially distanced car with mask, thank-you). read more

This has to be the worst store to try and get any help for ur phone or service. Not only did the long fingernails guy talk down to me and my son when we were asking for help on our plan and his phone, but his customer service skills were horrible!! We left the store upset and made to feel as though we were stupid for even coming there. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone ever!! Someone needs to fire the idiot guy that we had to deal with and replace him with someone who knows how to treat customers with respect !! It took a couple of visits but Roy did a great job of getting our new phone set up. We first went to the authorized retailer on International at Daytona One and we were treated poorly. We walked in this AT&T Store and we felt welcomed. Roy actually stayed an hour late helping us. read more

I switched from Brighthouse to AT&T because they offered a big savings. I have to say I would rather spend the mony the service that you get from AT&T is a joke verses Brighthouse . I am hold right now with AT&T, my signal on my TV was gone , spent 20 minutes fumbling with a remote prompt automated voice and then because the technician could not help me restore the TV signal verbally , I asked for someone to come out here and fix and they told me it would be 99.00 to fix , I asked for a mngr. since I am a brand new cst- she refused to connect me until 15 minutes later and now I sit here on HOLD as an aggravated cst waiting for a manager . read more

Horrible service. Never even was able to speak to the manager while there. Kept us waiting in the store until a half hour before closing time while he was in the back on hold on a phone call. The sales associate was useless. He knows nothing about phones or phone service or the details of the plans he's trying to sell. Gives nothing but misinformation that led us to make the decision to take a certain path while adding a phone line to our account, and then almost everything he told us turned out to be wrong. If we had known this information before we made our decision to go in the direction we did with adding a line, we would have done it a completely different way and wouldn't be stuck paying for things that we weren't supposed to have to pay- for the next two years! We were told by the manager a half hour before they closed last night, that he was still stuck on hold on a phone call and that he would just give us a call once he was off the phone (which he had also told us the other day.. and we never heard from him). Well, needless to say, we never heard back from him last night. I guess we will just have to use another evening up tonight going back to that store for the third time now (third time, just for this specific issue!) to see if we can finally get some help. read more

at&t is the worse mistake i ever made , they may have once been good , but with the expansion into direct tv, computers ( internet ) which is the slowest service available ! if you have a problem and try to call them , and you are on thew phone trying to reason with someone , they flip a switch and send your call back to the que and you have to start all over again , you are better with tin cans and a string because their phone service also is the worse around personally since i signed on with them i have gotten more spam/sales calls then ever before and at&t is of no help toy try to stop it ! my cell phones have been turned off twice and i am in sales , they have cost me at least 6 thousand dollars that i know for sure , my bills were paid and i took the proof to one of their stores providing it , in fact i took the proof to them from my bank showing that my bills were paid on line several weeks , and they shut my phones down this morning again , several hours ago and i am waiting for them to be turned back on again , still nothing ! go anywhere for service , but avoid at&t like the plague , or you will regret it !! read more
