This store is operating using the Covid-19 protocols and they aren't just putting a facade these guys are serious and every member of the staff here wore a mask and practiced social distancing, the position of the desk and customer seats are clearly marked and the store is very clean - ok my experience here today was nothing less than stellar, J.B. was my customer service representative was exceptional, but since the store was mostly empty during my visit a few of the other associates pitched in to expedite the process and to ensure I received the best possible service and products. I have no issues giving credit when credit is due, this place exceeded my expectations today especially after my last review I admit I did walk in with some skepticism but these guys squelched it almost immediately. I was provided with accurate information, everything was explained clearly and my new iPhone 11 ProMax performed as I expected immediately after activation. I really appreciate the extra efforts taken to ensure I was happy with every aspect of this deal before walking out the door.     Back in May 2021, I canceled my T-Mobile account and paid off all of my remaining balances. I was…read moretold by a T-Mobile representative that I had no remaining balances and everything was cleared. Four months down the line , I received a bill from T-Mobile saying that I owe $300 for an account and a phone number that I had never used and was not aware of. I took that bill down to a physical T-Mobile store and they pulled up the account and they said that if there was no usage to just call T-Mobile customer service and they could take care of the dispute and get it removed from my account. I called T-Mobile and multiple times across a month span I was told that they would get back to me and that they had notes in the account and that they would take care of everything. I then kept receiving bills in the mail for a late bill that I had never used. I continued to call T-Mobile and they continued to give me the runaround. My bill was then sent to Amsher collections. I was told by a male representative that he would handle the dispute send it to T-Mobile and that I am sure would be contacting me whenever the dispute was done. I received a phone call saying that that mail representative is no longer with the company and that he gave me and misinformation  about the dispute and that I now have to file a dispute myself. My account has been moved into collections, it was damaging my credit and I have been given the runaround by not only T-Mobile employees as well as an amsher employee for an account and a phone number that has never been put into use and is not authorized by me. I was told on multiple occasions if there was no usage of the phone number or the data or the account that I would not  be charged that the dispute will go through easily by T-Mobile employees The debt was then sent to another collection agency in 2025 who upon calling me not only were very disgruntled but flat out told me that they cannot give me any written verification of debt all they can tell me is verbally what T-Mobile sent in and what they sent in is what they have to abide by even though I've been disputing this matter since receipt of the first bill that was not mine. Upon calling T-Mobile back to try to get any written form of verification or bill they indicated that once they sell it to collections they no longer keep any contracts or any information that would be able to be shown to me to indicate that the debt was mine. Therefore, I was left with the option to either pay have to get it removed from my credit or just let it keep being delinquent on my report. I received no help from T-Mobile employees. As a matter of fact, they gave me the number to the dispute agency for the credit department after I explicitly asked for headquarters numbers and told them I already disputed with the credit agency. They have given me misleading information from day one of canceling with this company and I will never give another dollar to them. Please stray away. I have filed with the BBB and if swift action is not taken to rectify this situation or provide any explanation, I will be moving forward with legal proceedings.

He…read morewas polite when I arrived and explained that, due to my iPad's model, he would need to order parts and that it should be ready for pickup by Tuesday. I had no issue waiting until then. However, Tuesday (October 7th) came and I still hadn't received any update, so I called around 2:30 PM. Chad answered and initially told me there was no iPad matching my model in the store. Naturally, I became very concerned that my device had been misplaced or worse. After asking him to double-check, he admitted he had found it "hidden between drawers." He then told me he would need to overnight the parts to repair it which completely contradicted what I was told when I dropped it off. When I expressed my frustration, he repeatedly interrupted me and, despite apologizing, spoke to me in a condescending tone. He even said, "I'm going to break things down for you real slow so you can understand what I'm telling you here." As someone with a Master's degree, I found this extremely disrespectful and unnecessary , especially since my frustration was about the lack of communication, not confusion about the process. I told him I was not willing to wait another day and went to pick up my iPad, which was still shattered. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. I immediately went to IFIXandRepair, where the staff was courteous and began working on my device right away, and it should be done within a day. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can avoid wasting their time and money. Lastly, I was told my iPad's password was required, which I found concerning since it shouldn't have been necessary for this type of repair. Given that he had my device for three days without even starting the work, I'm uneasy about the potential privacy implications as well.

I went up the next day and I tried to ask some very important questions and the owner was extremely rude to me. He was very defensive when I asked to see my IPad. Every time I tried to ask a question he cut me off. He then walked away from me in the middle of my sentence and told me our conversation was over. All I was trying to do was get clarification on the additional work my IPad needed. I told him to go ahead and give me my IPad back. I did not want the service any longer. He refused to give me my IPad back. He told me to come back tomorrow and maybe I could have it back. I would not recommend this business! Horrible customer service!
