Rudest, laziest and most unprofessional people. Don't go there. It will just aggravate you.

My brother has been a Cricket customer for a long time. Something happened to his phone while he…read morewas in the hospital recently so his daughter got him a new phone which he now didn't know how to find things. We took him to the Melrose Park location on Lake St. (where he always would stop in to pay his bill) to ask for help to understand the new phone. Joel was there and not only remembered my brother as a regular but also remembered that his daughter bought the new phone and told Joel that her Dad was in the hospital. My brother and Joel had a good time visiting and Joel could not have been more helpful in showing my brother how to work all of the new features and explaining so he understood. He was a joy to talk to, so very pleasant and encouraging to my brother and then even reduced the bill when we told him my brother doesn't use all of the features he's paying for. I usually dread going to phone retailers because I'm not smart about phones but talking to Joel was a very pleasant experience and since my brother is now handicapped, Joel came out to the car to help us get my brother in it. Excellent experience! Thank you Joel.

I went to the Melrose Park store to pick up an order that I had placed last night. When I got there…read morethe lady at the customer pickup desk told me. "You have to wait, your order is not ready." I asked if it would be possible to have someone get it for me from the aisles. I am a senior and have some issues walking. She said that I could go get it myself and then pay for it and cancel the previous order. I went and picked up the two boxes that I needed from the aisles, and then asked her to help me cancel the prior order. She would not lift a finger, rather told me that I had to use my phone to do so. I said that I did not know how to do that. She then told me to go home and do it. Well, here I am. I am not pleased, not happy, and it will be a cold day in hell before I step into that Melrose Park Target store. I was treated a hell of a lot better at the Target in the Brickyard.

I walked in today wanting to switch from AT&T and to upgrade my phone. I honestly wasn't expecting…read moreto be helped in a timely manner or to actually switch that day and walk out with my new phone. (I guess I'm just used to AT&T's service.) Not only did they make sure to help me within 10 minutes of me walking in, they got me transferred with new phone in hand in less than a half hour. I was very impressed! Daniel helped to make it a quick transition despite my old phone being unable to download the T-Mobile app, AT&T's website and in addition to me not knowing my AT&T passkey code or account #. I couldn't believe how fast he made it happen. Thanks for your help today and thanks for better service than AT&T!

I walked into this T-mobile store this week looking to ask about upgrading my family's phones…read more There were 5 or 6 T-mobile employees there and no customers. A female employee asked what I was looking for and proceeded to behave as rudely as she could toward me, talking over me, repeating her answers loudly and with a lot of attitude. I don't know what her problem was, but she really seemed to resent my questions. I had to ask them because T-mobile has some very complicated promotions for phone upgrades and they are confusing. There were plenty of other employees standing around who probably could have handled my questions without the attitude and the nastiness. But they just looked on or at their own phones. I am a longtime T-mobile customer with a family plan and numerous lines. I was considering locking in another 2 years in order to get upgraded phones. But I don't want to be treated this way and will be shopping around with other carriers now. Ugh.
