The staff is very unprofessional. They do not communicate there by laws correctly to customers. They also gives a lot of attitude to long time customers that's has never have problems with T-Mobile overall. They did not care that I was unsatisfied with my service and gave so much push back to a customer. I do not recommend this store for anyone in the future at all. read more

Let me say, the service has drastically improved at this T-mobile location! I was hesitant at first come here due to past experiences being subpar but it was totally worth it. I was in desperate need of a new phone because my current phone was cracked. I wasn't shopping for anything in particular which means I was no help at all. My primary focus was purchasing a phone that wasn't a $1000, made calls, was an android, and had enough storage space. See I was barely any help pinpointing what I wanted. I settled on an Samsung A32 something. T-mobile offers screen protectors with a lifetime warranty. If the protector breaks then they will order you a new one. Some of accessories were on sale if you think $30 for a screen protector is a good price‍. I love the lifetime warranty deal. I can go through a screen protector pretty easy. They were nice enough to set me up so I can my time transfer all my stuff at home . Thanks guys we will be back! read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. I don't do sequins or excessive decorations just a solid color works for me. Since my phone is white I decided to get a black case. The cashier was very professional and I explained to her that I wanted a reasonably priced case and she brought out a bunch to choose from and I selected a black one with a kick stand for $10 whereas the other location charged a lot for a case. I was glad since it makes it easier to watch a video on YouTube or some other internet channel. The staff didnt greet me with what's up sweetie or some other use of ghetto slang. I didnt have to encounter a line or people just precariously holding up the line while customers who know what they want can be handled so they can leave. The only downside is that you have to be buzzed into the store and for good reason its to keep the homeless and street peddlers out and to keep it as a place of business. The store is clean and organized and I was passing through the area and remembered there was a Boost store since this location is one of two just a half block from each other.I like this location and will come here if I am in the area to pay my phone bill.

The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.
