I will save everyone a lot of frustration, DO NOT waste your time in this store. Some of the laziest employees I have ever encountered. Both employees were scrolling on their phone when I walked in and were no help at all when I was simply trying to pay for a new phone. Must have been too much effort for either to exert. AT&T should really evaluate their hires a bit more closely, Terrible experience, save yourself and drive to another location, it's worth it. read more

Super unhelpful and lazy staff. Found out everything they had told me couldn't be done could have been but they clearly didn't want to try. Go to Greenwich store! read more

I visited the store today to purchase 2 new iPhone 10's. The sales rep was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He kept changing the information regarding the terms of the purchase. He wasn't interested in closing the deal then insulted me at the end with a comment asking if I write English. I asked him to get a manager who came out of the back stockroom and when I asked for the district or area managers name they all said they don't have his number AT&T will be contacted directly at their corporate office tomorrow. By the way I called AT&T and ordered the phones over the phone and had a great experience. The staff in that store needs to be changed. read more

After 22 years I'm leaving ATT. The customer service is awful.. be prepared to be put on hold a long time. Be prepared to have their staff speak without clarity and at low volume. Worst still are the surprise charges. Apparently the small print gives them the option to change the terms of service without notice. I was charged 100. for 10 minutes of the web, previously included in my pre-paid plan. They ended voicemail on my flip phone. Also started charging for forwarded calls. Their new flip phone is a piece of junk... slow start up, poor clarity, and and no voice calling. It's a downgrade. from their previous phone. If you have a flip phone and/or a prepaid card.. they hate you. ATT 's predator like practices are a disgrace. read more

I called this store to inquire about a phone I wanted to get my wife for Valentine's Day. I asked the associate if the phone was available, He said," let me look' he returns to line and said we are on a first come first serve, I said.' I understand that." He then repeats. I asked, do you have the phone. He says yes. I said well what your name. He says what's yours is, I don't feel comfortable giving out my name on the phone to a stranger. I said okay well I'm a customer calling a retail store I guess I will go somewhere else to purchase the phone, he says GOOD!!!! I call back and ask for a manager he says why!!! I said I just got off the phone with you and I would like to speak to your manager he then says are you calling the right place I never spoke with you this is ATT in Mount Kisco I reply I know it is I just spoke with you. A Manager gets on the line I explained to her what happened she agreed that it was much uncalled for she made an appointment for me to come in, however after all of that I will not spend my money there. This was very bizarre and I assume if this establishment is like any other they rely on customers to continue growth, in this case I would think they do not need the customers. read more

Recently went in... I had an amazing experience with store manager Steven. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. In all my years of being a member of AT&T, I must say Steven has given a new view for AT&T! The sales rep Lukas also gave a lot of help in sorting out my situation. Thank you for your hard work! I would 10/10 recommend this store location to anyone looking for excellent service! read more

The people who work at this store are knowledgeable and super friendly. You never have to wait to have a sales representative help you. I recommend AT&T and especially this store. Daniel and Luis helped me and they were great. read more

When I tell you that customer service is the best I have received at an At&t, it definitely has been at the Mt Kisco store. The assistant manager William was really helpful in assisting his rep and us further with my ongoing billing issues! Hands down the friendly and most efficient treatment I've received. So much so that I have referred family and friends and will also be bringing over my business as well. Thank you Will!!! read more

Nightmare. The turnover here is crazy. The customer service, on the surface, is okay. You will be greeted with big smiles and hellos. The problem? well, if they are expected to know anything about the products they sell or to set up your phone, it will not happen. They deleted my files before uploading to another phone..big problem for me and work. Never again. I should have stayed with the other carrier... you know, the "v" word! read more

So disappointed in this store. I came here on a Thursday night and the guy that helped me was wonderful but I had to come back to pick up my phone. Came here on a Saturday day and was greeted with by a girl that was not that friendly and when I told her what I was picking up she said we don't have that. Well I said I order it so I am pretty sure you do she goes there are three people ahead of you I said well that's fine I need to wait. She said I will go in the back came out never said anything and just took another couple. People have walked in and does not know who works here. Another employee was leaning on her hand not interested in the customer she is helping. I refuse to come back here. People need to take a number in order to be help. Really shocked in AT&T customer service since I been a loyal customer since 20+ years. read more

Wow. We have been here for an hour and a half for a simple SIM card replacement. The 3 staff members have almost helped 3 people. Very sad. Now they'll close, leaving 7 people stranded. The table was a comfortable place to read and enjoy coffee though. If you need a place to kill time, stop by. If you want service, I'd suggest elsewhere. read more

Went in one night to get a new phone. There were two people working, both helping customers as well as a line of people waiting to be helped. Hung around for maybe 15 minutes before leaving and just ordering the phone online read more

This place is the absolute worst. Trust me, do not go there. You'll be sorry. The staff knows nothing and they are rude and obnoxious.

Went to the store on 3/9/17 , from the moment I pull in I saw 2 AT&T employees getting ready to take care of the person who walked through the store doors . I was greeted and asked if I need help with something. Right away Marcus took me to a table to sit and he asked me what I wanted to do. Explained my situation and you could see he was very knowledgeable on how to fix my situation and also gave me the best option to save money on my new phone and went further to help me get my bill lowered and also more data. I will definitely go to him again and recommend this store to friends and family. I like that about Marcus , someone who treats you like family and just like a commodity. Thank you Marcus for your help. Will be stopping back again for future business. A++++++ read more

Here on a Sunday and the store is practically empty and I had to wait "in line" for 35 minutes even though I could see associates chatting out back and having a good time. Worth mentioning I was number 1 in this queue the whole time. Then when I asked how long it would take I got attitude saying that it will take as long as it takes. Worst customer service ever. read more

Went in as a walk in signed up, they put me up on the waiting list, after 20 min when my time was up my name disappeared from the screen and they started helping other clients , when I asked about my turn , they said they don't know what happened and I was gonna be next...I walked out ! read more
