We went in to buy accessories the 1 st and the 2nd yo get rid of our iPad and this guy totally listened and explained everything. Then when the " bundle " came into the discussion Andre allowed us to get what we wanted and we are so satisfied. I hate Verizon but they are the best. The store is super clean and has places to actually sit ! And the location is great. I hate Verizon but dealing with a friendly knowledgeable service rep makes it less painful. Also Verizon paid me more money for my old iPad and when I renewed I saved 150.00 off the price. I still hate Verizon but this makes it a little less horrible too.

It was a positive experience - everyone I dealt with was friendly, they improved the fan in the laptop, and got it back to me within 2 days. What I particularly liked about the experience is that I was given a very detailed update on my laptop and what my options were before committing to any particular solution. The owner is very nice and it shows how customer service oriented he is. Last week I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and he replaced it within an hour.
