While I was there the queue went from four names to 8 names and as the customers piled up, the associates remained in the back of the store. After over 45 minutes of being in the store, I finally walked out. I asked the guy who greeted us to remove my name off of the list, he apologized, said he was new to the store, he stated they did not have enough associates there and he did not understand why they were all in the back. We left, went to the store on Hwy 39N walked in and got help immediately.
