Nothing but great things to say about the folks at this store. Very friendly and helpful, and their ability to manage a large influx of customers on the new iPhone release day was impressive! Angel was very quick getting my new phone and plan set up and was able to multi task like a pro. Store manager was out and about helping everyone and it was overall a very impressive experience! read more

I came in and knew exactly what I wanted, I needed a new phone and needed to switch over from terrible T-mobile to AT&T. I happened to go to the sister location at Bonita Lakes but y'all own both and Jalonda works at both. I got the text survey but accidentally deleted it. I just needed to write a review and say that Jalonda was AMAZING! I told her I was in a hurry and she worked so fast, answered every questions I had and got me in/out SO fast. I really have never seen someone move at such a pace that they didn't make any mistakes. Jalonda assured me that moving quickly was her pace of work anyways and that it was!! I appreciate everything Jalonda did for me, she was the best customer service I have ever received. She told me all of the promotions, discounts, helped me find a case, a pop socket and got me more than I expected on my trade in! I will forever come to Jalonda for any issues, I will always ask for her cause she was insanely good at her job, was extremely knowledgeable and worked so diligently! She really cares about her job and making her customers happy. She deserves a HUGE bonus or raise!!! Thank you so much again, Jalonda! You are so amazing, hope to see you soon!! read more

This store has the worst customer service. The associates and manager at this time Matt lied to cover up their mistakes. A novice associate gave my mother the wrong information concerning activating and transferring information for her new phone. She was sent to another store just to be told to go back to this store. Then the manager Matt lied to cover up the mistake the associate made. I am a very understanding individual. We are all human beings and we make mistakes. However, the right and honorable thing to do to fix a mistake is to own the mistake, apologize, and do the best that you can to fix the mistake responsibly. If I could give a negative -100, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY OF YOUR ATT PHONE NEEDS OR ATT PRODUCTS. ATT is an awesome phone company, but this store with its associates and manager does not portray the quality and integrity that ATT stands for. read more

History

Established in 1876.

AT&T has been in the technology business since--well, since the invention of the telephone in 1876. Ever since then, we've grown our company and found new ways to connect people to what they love. Along the way, we've invented or pioneered the use of all kinds of technologies: rotary phones, TV, mobile phones, transistors, transatlantic and transpacific cables, communication satellites, touchtone service, the 911 emergency number, the Unix programming language, fiber optic networks, VoIP service, and more. Today, we're a world leader in communications, media and entertainment, and technology. Now that we've acquired both DIRECTV and Time Warner, we're building a truly modern media company that will create the best entertainment and communications experiences in the world.

The line was moving at a reasonable rate, I was second in the queue after about 15 minutes. It was about that time that Papa John's delivered pizza to the store. One of the associates led the pizza delivery guy to the back and as each associate finished assisting their customers , they joined him in the back of the store. After this, I was in the store another 30 minutes and not another customer was helped during this time. While I was there the queue went from four names to 8 names and as the customers piled up, the associates remained in the back of the store. After over 45 minutes of being in the store, I finally walked out. I asked the guy who greeted us to remove my name off of the list, he apologized, said he was new to the store, he stated they did not have enough associates there and he did not understand why they were all in the back. We left, went to the store on Hwy 39N walked in and got help immediately.

I asked them if they slowed your speed down after a certain point of using so much data and the woman told me "the only one of these plans that slows down is the basic plan" she told me they don't slow your phone down with the extra unlimited plan. Well it turns out that was an absolute lie! I later found information on the my att app that states they will slow my speed down after 5 gigs and my wife's slows down after like .13 gigs. I can't stand a liar. What a disgusting personality trait.
