The customer service was about average. The coffee shop was busy just about the whole time I was here. Everyone that worked here helpful but slow. The books and magazines are worth stopping by here. Some are hard to find at the big box stores because they don't sell them. One tip I would give is to sign up for their loyalty card. You can save money using the Books a Million card. It costs about $25 a year but you save on everything you buy here.

It's not like some other stores of this nature (Ross or Marshalls), where the clothing is separated by size and you can look through your size to find something. TJ Maxx (at least this location) separates mostly by style, so it can be somewhat difficult to find what you're looking for, especially if you're looking for just some cute stuff in your size. The staff was meh, nothing special - our cashier was quite friendly, but all the other employees we encountered didn't really pay us any mind. Nothing special to report - this store is also a bit more pricy than some of the alternatives (again, Marshalls or Ross), so consider going to one of those before you come here.

This is not the first time there's been several times I've been coming out and noticed they wouldn't let people in 15 minutes before they closed. you know there's some people that don't get off work till close to 11. They can barely make it to the grocery store in time. I'm not sure why none of the Walmarts in Meridian stay open all night anymore. There's not a single store in this town This stays open all night. You could do a heck of a lot of business if y'all would.
