So they left and I called Best Buy and explained to them what happened and they were confused as to why they left without installing the new washer and so I told her that they said we need to call a plumber and replace our pipes and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT ITS JUST A SWITCH OUT so she sent 2 guys out yesterday and they were supposed to be prepared for hooking up the new washer but again it was the same thing the first thing they asked my MIL was where is the pipes? So they look and the main guy says NO WE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE THE DRAIN HOSE ON NEW WASHER WONT FIT So I said take your Washer and give my MIL her money back. The price was great the washer was beautiful but the delivery people made Beat Buy look pretty bad so they left and left the washer to be picked up on Friday So out of curiosity i said to myself after they left "I wonder if I can hook it up" im pretty hands on so I disconnected the drain hose and I sized up the one on the new washer and they were the same size and BOOM DONE I CONNECTED IT AND C LAMPED IT HOOKED IT UP!
