I went and asked for a new battery and screen and was quoted $300 for both original parts. One week later, I see my phone glitching and screen, jumping and noticed that it was not an original part. They wanted me to pay an extra $400. As of now a new iPhone 11 Pro doesn't even cost $500. I've had 25 iPhones over the years and this is the only place that thinks they're better than everyone else that they can charge whatever they want for original parts. There are no prices even listed on the Internet or in person so they can charge whatever they want any time to whoever they want. Unfortunately for them, it's not how business works in the real world. If you're in the area, I suggest Drive to the Fox Run Mall or any other iPhone repair and replace your parts. It will likely cost you way less than $150.. I also believe if you want your iPhone pictures and private information protected you would stay clear of this place for good. Leave your repairs to a trustworthy store not these guys.

My experience with this place was sketchy at best! I went to this Verizon store to try and get a…read morebetter deal than Xfinity and the first sketchy thing that I noticed was that Jeremy (the employee that was helping my wife and I) asked me to show him my billing information so I could receive the best possible price. The second sketchy thing was that Jeremy wanted to run a credit check on me which has never happened before when I opened a phone account or internet account. The third sketchy thing that happened was Jeremy asked me for a deposit which has never occurred before either and I had to ask them if this deposit was for the internet and phone service that I had applied for and Jeremy said yes and that it was nothing to worry about so I figured the deposit would be the first month of service which would have been $97.00 for both internet service and phone service so I gave him my credit card information and after Verizon took the deposit he said that my $125.00 deposit was accepted , so after the initial shock of hearing the amount of money that the deposit was, I asked why the deposit was more than the agreed price and Jeremy said that the deposit was not for the internet and phone service, the deposit was for installation of the cable. The cable and the equipment that they were going to charge me for is already installed in all 48 units of our condominium complex because the complex has a contract with Verizon . I have no idea how much they would have charged me after they did the work, only God knows but I immediately stopped the process of purchasing anything from Verizon and told Jeremy to return the deposit to my credit card account, which he said he did but when I checked to make sure that he did I found that he didn't and the charge went through and I had to have my credit card company force Verizon to return the money and to top it all off I called Jeremy to get some information on why and how the charges went through he asked if he could put me on hold for a second and then disconnected the call and would not answer the phone after that! I would suggest if you are going to shop with Verizon, be aware of Jeremy and the scams! PS If you're having trouble with or if you end up having trouble with Jeremy his personal phone number is (978)-486-0870

I usually spend a copious amount of time doing research on what I like and how much I am going to pay for it. He knew the differences between each year models, different features of 'smart tvs', and what would look best in my home. After about 45 minutes of my indecision we were lined up with the right one, scheduled for pickup, and I was on my way. Could not have asked for better service, unless the TV was free!
