This store is a sad excuse for an AT&T store - it is a franchise and the person we dealt with was rude and made the purchase of a new phone very time consuming and difficult. Do not go to this store - go to the ATT corporate store on 110 near the Huntington Mall. We ended up returning the phone we bought at the franchise and redoing the entire purchase at the corporate store. read more

Literally the worst customer service in history. Over and hour wait and then the guy working there basically told us to go find somewhere else to do a simple phone upgrade. Absolutely horrendous communication, poorly trained employees who had very limited knowledge. Four separate people came in and left after us. Nightmare in Kingspark! We bought 2 I phones from this AT&T store but it's not really an a AT&T store.... Beware......major scam going on and we didn't find out until after be bought the phones. They told my husband because he bought 2 phones he was eligible for a free tablet that now costing him a lot of money and AT&T won't help him!! We got screw! When we go in there there's never the same person in there ever ones in training and doesn't know anything....alls they do is talk on the phone to their girlfriends.Terrible customer service. Beware.we are in the middle of a major fight with AT&T with no end in sight...due to the Kings Park Branch....they are a fly by night store. read more

Went in and bought my son a new iPhone. Wanted it as a surprise for under the X-mas tree. I was quoted a $300 trade in on his iPhone 8+. Was told to bring his 8+ back in after X-mas and they'll credit my credit card. Went in yesterday for the credit, was then told that since it was only an upgrade and not a new line they could only give me $200. No mention of this when I bought the new phone. Took the phone back and went to the Apple store who gave me a $300 gift card for the phone, no questions asked. I'll never go here again. I wish I could give them no stars. read more

The absolute worst. If it were possible to give them zero stars I would. The main salesman that is there jerks you around, they never have any phones "in stock" then the kid they are training they leave alone in the store and he has no idea what he is doing so he just tells you what you want to hear, all while he sits on his phone and scrolls through social media. Then they argue with you when you call them out on their non sense. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

Worst experience at a phone store I've ever had. Don't waste your time and head over to the AT&T store in commack on Jericho (they were phenomenal). The three guys here were pushy and scam artists. Attempting to sell my husband and I promotions for first responders, saying it was cheaper that way then adding another line to our contract. This was a LIE as my husband not only researched beforehand the cost of adding another line, but the store we went to afterwards confirmed this information. On top of that they attempted to sell us opened iPhones. What kinda scam is this? Pushing colors that I wasn't interested in, and then telling us some bullshit that the same phones, just different colors, were in two different boxes because "China made the boxes smaller and eliminated the charging block and headphones so they could ship them in mass to the United States". Some illegal shit has to be going on in this place, and it's only a matter of time before they get caught and/or shut down. Would have given zero stars if possible. read more

Everything about this experience was terrible. First they tried to sell me iPhone colors I didn't want because they wanted to get rid of their stock items and they told me ordering a different color could take months (it showed up in 2 days from Apple). Then they couldn't help me with the backup because their wifi was down. Then they promised an expert would deliver the phone in a specialized vehicle and help me set it up, and even help me backup. None of this was true. Then they told me I had to come back to activate the new phone. Also not true. Even better the 2 minute process took 30 minutes and they erased my old phones without confirming anything was backed up. We lost 5 years of photos including our baby pictures. We are devastated. Avoid this place at all costs. I would've had better luck calling apple from my home and having them walk me through all the steps. Thanks so much for the help.
