My mother went to…read more8067 Madison Ave Indianapolis, IN 46227 United States to get her new phone set up, there was something wrong with it and no one could really figure out what to do other than go back to the store and get it done, customer service told her she could get it done for free and so she went in and got it done, well after getting it done the lady in there told her it would be $25, my mom had explained to the lady working what customer service had said and this lady started cussing out my mother. When the other lady working asked what they we're going to do about the phone (that my mother bought at a different store, not at this store) she said they were going to keep it, my mom grabbed her phone and the lady proceeded to tell my mom that she couldn't do sh*t because they had her SIM card and she started waving it around in my mothers face and so my mom grabbed it. After my mother grabbed her SIM card the lady started calling someone and screaming about how my mom "hit her" and that they needed to "pull up" now. My mom is a 5'4 ft, 115 LBS, vegan, spiritual woman, she does not have a violent bone in her body. This lady then proceeded to tell my mom that they had all of her information and then listed that she had our home address, our phone number, and HER CHILDREN'S INFORMATION, and then told her she "had people". My mother began to exit the store and they began throwing things at her like pencils and really just everything they could get their hands on. As soon as my mom got into the car and dialed 911 they started getting out of the store and locked it up, so my mom drove away and they started following her. The police said there is nothing they can do because they didn't put their hands on my mother, but I truly think these women need to AT LEAST lose their jobs. Do not go to this location.

Updated: My card was double charged for our repair (the cashier swiped the card said it didn't go…read morethrough, swiped again -- but both went through) and I've called multiple times to get this resolved. The first time I was promised a call within 2 weeks, so I waited patiently and now can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages. I doubt this is malicious by any means and they're trying to hustle me, but... this is a pretty costly mistake and I want my money back. Shouldn't be this difficult.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to find out that the only problem was that my screen protector was cracked. I wish I was observant enough to give you the name of the man I talked to as he was super nice and helpful. We found out about all the services they can provide and the products they sell. If we do have issues to take care of in the future we will definitely return here. I have confidence in their skills and honesty.

I was previously a tmobile customer for over 2 years. I decided i wanted to switch to Verizon…read morebecause I really wanted to get my daughter a gizmo gadget watch. She's not quite ready for a cell phone and I thought this was a good alternative. The shop is clearly very new as they didn't yet have the store fully stocked with tons if accessories of devices yet. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! Happy new Verizon customer here - not to mention my monthly bill with brand new phone and gizmo watch service is $10 cheaper now than I was paying at tmobile.
