This store provided excellent customer service especially from Trish and Michelle. It's located within the Radio Shack in Hondo. It's not fancy or large by any means but the people working here were incredibly helpful to my husband and I.
While tubing on the Frio River my husband lost his fairly new iPhone. It was in a protective case that floated but we looked for hours but couldn't locate the case or the phone. Later that afternoon while driving back to San Antonio we stopped in Hondo at the AT&T store. The lady working here helped us locate his phone through the Find my iPhone app. My husband, always looking for adventure, was convinced with GPS we could go back to the river and find his phone. They gave us a loaner phone and wished us good luck. Luck wasn't on our side so back to the store we went. He was still hoping his phone was turned up and be reported. They let us use the loaner phone for another day in hopes someone would find it. After a third attempt back at the river we finally admitted defeat and went to buy a new phone.
How many stores would loan out a phone for 2 days and trust that it would be returned? Even though it was unfortunate to have to buy a new phone, Trish and Michelle showed that exceptional, caring employees do still exist! read more
