Almost a year ago, I had a salesman talk me into changing from Verizon to ATT for an amazing BOGO deal. This was the worse mistake I made because service in the Wiregrass is spotty at best and I ended up paying for my "free" phones to leave ATT and go back to getting reliable cell service. Now, ATT charges me a full month of service that I did not use after cancelling because they do not prorate. I cancelled two-four days after the start of the billing cycle. read more

10-15 min wait??? Ha!! Maybe on a workday at 09:00. It's Saturday at 11:00 and I've been waiting now for over an hour. Maybe the 10-15 mins the previous poster referred to was the time it took to greet us? Definitely accurate in this case also. Avoid if you can! Employees are incompetent and slow. Fantastic experience. I bought two new Motorola cell phones from manufacturer and needed new nano SIM cards. Came to the store and was greeted immediately. The store was busy but I got taken care of within ten minutes. The new guys were keeping me entertained until a seasoned sales person was available. The store owner/manager was pleasant and made me feel important as a customer. Erick was the salesperson completing the task and was quick about it. This store stays pretty busy. The usual wait is 10 to 15 minutes. The staff is always polite and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make your cellphone needs easier. read more

Every time I've come this location I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for assistance. I normally try to visit outside of busy hours (like adults do) so it helps me in the long run. I went in a late Friday afternoon and yet the service representative was still able to help me with a phone exchange and setting up a new phone all while transferring all my important files. A special shout out to Jamie who was very helpful, friendly, and funny! Also thank you to the manager Cole who jumped in to assist with his team rather than focusing on one customer and getting tied up. Overall good location for people who don't "count minutes as they turn to hours" and just want to do something with a cell phone. read more

I have been a loyal customer with AT&T for 12 years and never in my life have I been so disregarded as a customer or a person in my life. They have signs out front at the Enterprise, Alabama store that say they support their military. I'm working 12 hour days right now in the Army, I bought equipment from that store and was on the phone multiple times with them and customer service trying to fix it over the course of having it with no luck. I Took time off work to go into the store where the manager couldn't speak to me and I was told that she would call me and get back with me, which she did not. I took more time off work to go back just to have her be rude to my face and tell me that it's all my fault and she has no responsibility for anything that went wrong. I can't believe someone in management that is a representation of AT&T and DirectTv would treat a loyal customer so poorly. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Hahaha yea just go online! Wait... don't use ATT at all if you can help it. I bought an IPhone X on the bogo offer at this store and these are the issues that followed; (Do an online search, it happens to so many customers they have a whole community for help because ATT won't do it) anyway... bought the bogo iPhone X on a shared unlimited plan and new customer. Transferred the numbers and of course the salesman bungled that up, so it took 2 days for the other phone to be activated. It takes 2-3 months to start getting your device credit, so 6 months later no credit. I called and called they lady(from India) said I see the pending credit now and it all comes off the 3rd of May. May 10th no credit and I pay another full bill. She flat out lied to me!!! Went to the store(worse mistake). They put in a ticket(lingo for we aren't doing anything either) I wait a month and get zero reply from this store. I go back, guy told me they are checking in on it still, so I simply say I feel like I'm getting the "run around " then this little asshole looks at me straight in my face and stated that's not it, generally I call the cops of a customer is upset and doesn't leave. where the h*** did that come from?!?!? I was so furious by this off the wall comment. I never got a reply from this place EVER. I went to Twitter, a rep from the USA messaged me and had my issue fixed in 1 day. I got all my credit plus an additional $70 credit. Apparently they did the purchase on my devices wrong and did it as an existing customer so of course you do lot get the credits. This explains why they never returned a call, it was their fault. As soon as the iPhone is paid off we are unlocking our devices and going to straight talk. The data speeds on att unlimited are crazy slow (avg 2mbs vs 15 mb per sec in straight talk) ATT is horrible. read more

Terrible customer service. The 10 to 15 minute wait stems from only half the employees actually doing anything. In the 10 minutes that I waited this morning, I observed what appeared to be a supervisor walk from back of the store to the front several times accomplishing absolutely nothing! She only stopped to talk to another seemingly useless employee opening the door to greet people as they're being told they have to wait until there's someone available to help them. So instead of actually using that ipad strapped to her wrist, she stood there and watched to the door to make sure it didn't open itself. When I exclaimed my frustration to my wife about the wait, another employee decided to condescendingly cease his conversation with a customer to ask me if I could be helped. I answered YES, I can be helped but I doubted anyone in this store was capable. He proclaimed that they were all working as fast as they could but when I asked why the supervisor and the greeter were unable to help customers, no one had an answer. I don't need to be greeted, I don't need to be condescended to, I just want a new phone. Maybe spend less time trying to look professional by having every gadget strapped to every employee and just take care of their needs without trying to look like you're the technological superheroes of Enterprise Alabama..... read more
